  Food sloppy when served Tables sticky was there 1hr nobody cleaned up or wipe or even check bathroom Only had one pre-made cake available says mother day which past and no happy birthday Kids meal gave ice cream first Coupon second one would not accept Banana was sadly bruised 10 minutes for burger asked no pickles but still got , mustard flowing soaking paper wrapper Up charge 2 flavors on Sunday but as can see not really have second fla or maybe like 4 peice at most French fries cold and slow for taking orders

  Do Not Eat Here. ​I visited the Admirals location tonight, and frankly, I’m appalled. While the service was "ok," it doesn’t matter how polite the staff is when you’re forced to eat in a breeding ground for bacteria. ​The level of neglect at this establishment is staggering: ​The Floors: Covered in a layer of grime that looks like it hasn’t seen a mop in a week. ​The Windows: Smudged and filthy, giving a disgusting first impression before you even walk through the door. ​The Garbage: Overflowing and ignored. ​The Bathroom: Beyond words. Absolutely revolting and a clear health hazard. ​If this is the state of the areas customers can see, I am terrified to imagine the biological disaster happening behind the counter where the food is actually prepared. You are a food service establishment—act like it. Stop cutting corners and hire someone specifically to clean before the health department shuts you down. My wife and I will never be back. Enter at your own risk.

  Went for burgers and fries with my husband, and unfortunately the experience was awful. I used the washroom and it was disgusting. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in over a week. The restaurant floors had stains that looked like they had been there forever, and the tables were dirty with ketchup stains. When we received our food, we mentioned the condition of the washroom to one of the staff members, but nothing was done. The cleanliness of this place was beyond unacceptable. We definitely will not be going back.

  On Uber Eats they charge 13.99 for chicken strips but then when you click any the mandatory options (4pc or 6 pc) it charges you another 13.99 so makes it $27 for a 4pc meal?. It’s been like this for months with no fix even though I reported it in January and even showed them in person ( guessing to scam customers if not still fixed) ( want to point out it’s only this location that does this) they also don’t offer any promotions on Uber Eats like every other location and almost no treat options like the other locations on Uber Eats. It’s a shame since it’s so close by but not worth it.

  My partner and I visited this location on April 24 to order Blizzards, and the experience was disappointing from the start. The cashier had significant difficulty understanding our orders and eventually looked to her supervisor for help. The supervisor came shuffling out of the back in sweatpants but appeared dismissive and brushed off the situation rather than assisting. Realizing we weren’t going to receive much support, we proceeded with our orders. I ordered the new Angel Food Blizzard with added cheesecake, and my boyfriend ordered a s’mores Blizzard (his second choice, the first in which the cashier couldn’t understand). When we received our orders, mine was incorrect. It was a Strawberry Cheesecake Blizzard. I politely pointed this out, but instead of addressing it directly, the staff turned to their screens to verify whether the mistake was theirs or mine. Once they acknowledged the error, they remade it, but it was still wrong. This time, it had no cheesecake at all and was barely blended. In fact, both of our Blizzards were poorly made, with the bottom halves consisting almost entirely of plain vanilla soft serve. Overall, this was a frustrating experience from beginning to end. Despite living within walking distance, we won’t be returning.
