  Best chipotle ever!! I didn’t grab this woman’s name but she was so friendly and even gave me extra meat and a taco shell to try. This chipotle has the best service hands down🫶🏻🌮

  We were so excited to try chipotle after hearing about it so many times. It was so dirty in there, nobody had wiped the tables and there was un eaten food just left on the tables and little pieces of spilled food all over the tables. The serving line had old gross food in it like there was nothing left. My kid ordered a kids meal and we didn’t know how it worked in there, we weren’t told there were only 3 toppings offered, so when she suggested rice, beans and meat we said yes and then were told we couldn’t even get cheese or anything else. What kind of kids meal is that? Then she told us we should have read the sign and glared at us. I felt like the service was rude and abrupt and we lost our appetite once going in there. Edit : I just changed this to one star because in your reply, you sent me to a US website in which there’s actually no option for feedback.

  Rude staff, tiny portion sizes and old ingredients. Came here for take out and I am generally a fan of chipotle. Disappointed in my experience. The staff were standoffish, the food was cold and seemed like it had been out for hours and the potion sizes were tiny compared to other chipotle locations.

  One of the worst experiences I’ve had at Chipotle. The employees were rude, unprofessional, and acted like they didn’t care about customers at all. The attitude from the staff was disrespectful and they stare at you, even the staff who is not even making the order and for no reason, and the service felt careless from start to finish.The taste for the drinks was awful as well. Nobody greeted properly, simple questions were ignored, and the overall behavior made the experience very uncomfortable.

  I’ve been coming to this Chipotle pretty regularly, and the experience is always solid—but I have to give a special shoutout to Chanbieel Kalls. Every time I come in, they’re genuinely friendly, welcoming, and make sure everything is done right. You can tell they actually care about the customers and take pride in what they do. It’s small things like remembering regulars, having a positive attitude, and going the extra mile that really stand out. People like Chanbieel make a difference and are a big reason I keep coming back. Great service and always a good vibe here!
