Beware of what you pay at this location.
I've been to this Chipotle location three times, and all of them there was something wrong with the end price I paid. For the first two times, since the difference was about one dollar, I didn't mind. But the last time, which was yesterday August 12, 2026, I didn't let it go.
I order a bowl with carnitas, which is supposed to be $12.90 before taxes. After taxes (5%), it should be $13.55. When I handled the bowl to the cashier, they were about to charge me $16.64. The reason is, they added to the price guacamole, which I did not order. The moment I realized this, the cashier ran away somewhere, leaving me to pay the bill. When a staff came to assist, they alleged the system was down and asked me to pay in cash. When asked how much that would be, they said it would be $14.30 or 14.60, without even using a calculator. I know the difference would be minimal (less than a dollar), but since it was not the first time they overcharged me, I feel I need to write down this complaint so it does not happen to other clients.
I also hope the manager of this location acknowledges what is happening here.

I had a minor issue with my food during this visit, but the manager, Muskan, stepped in and completely turned the experience around. She handled the situation with the utmost professionalism and incredible manners. This is honestly the best service I have ever received at any Chipotle location. Thank you, Muskan, for taking such great care of your customers! Five stars all the way.

A special thank you to **Muskaan**, who was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout my visit. She made sure I had everything I needed and provided outstanding customer service.
I would definitely recommend this store to anyone. Thank you again, Muskaan!
I can't remember the last time I left a bad review but this place sure earned it. I'll never be back because based off the attitude of the staff management- I am scared to eat anything they prepare with their hands.
Being newer to Chipotle (only eaten approx 5 times).. I thought to try something new.
They had this crumble in the bean row (the only non-bean item in the bean row). During earlier visits, a staff (presumably new) had explained to me this item was cauliflower. Well apparently that's wrong and it's a tofu crumble. Today I thought sure I'll try it- when she asked me what beans I wanted..I pointed to the crumble and she explained it wasn't cauliflower, it was crumble. I didn't really understand what that meant but I said sure I will try it. And she put it on my bowl after the rice.
When it registered with me that the crumble was likely tofu crumble and that was actually a protein choice..I immediately pointed out the mistake and said I didn't know that.
A manager was brought over and she immediately jumped to saying "it's a cost to us." Or something along those lines.
I said I understand now but I was under the impression that it was a bean substitute choice, based on what a past staff member had explained, and how it was lined up in the vertical bean row.
I should have walked away right there because it was clear she wasn't going to be flexible and she was mad about my mistake? Bizarre. I received a death glare.
In the end the staff restarted my order but only gave me the tiniest layer of rice, skipped the bean option entirely (all to decrease cost on their end)..and in the end I just got that tiny layer of rice, meat, lettuce and salsa? As I don't like a number of their free topping choices (including cheese- which is expensive as well).
So they definitely didn't lose cost with me, but I took the loss as my meal was so small it felt like I was eating a salad and had to get another meal somewhere else too since I was still hungry (and I am a skinny woman who doesn't eat a lot).
Too bad as my partner's son loves Chipotle in Vancouver and I thought it could be a regular, healthy lunch choice as someone who lives and works within walking distance. But I just can't support this type of attitude. I understand being mindful of cost and I'm the last person to want a business to lose money unnecessarily but come on...this was an apparent miscommunication and I basically got punished over it? If I was the type of customer that took no regard for business cost, I would have walked away without paying after I realized how lacking the portion was in the end. I wish I did, but I'm just not used to this kind of treatment so I was caught off guard.
