  They took so long that by 40minutes I had to ask to check on our order progress and the cashier said he'd check and never came back. I later saw him in the back frantically throwing out order together, he did signal me to let me know they're working on it. Later when we finally get our food he told me their system lost our order. On to the food. The quesadilla was cut way outta wack, one big peice, a tiny peice, and like a regular one. The cheesey fries were good but my burrito was literally drowned in sauce. It's a shame really, this was my first time at Taco Bell. I wish I could've left a better review and had a better experience overall.

  I’m pretty sure the employees are on something I ordered at the drive thru machine then, I shit you not they come to the window and ask what my order is right after I order , another worker spawns opens the window a bit and and apologizes and scurries away. I waited for about 15 minutes watching the 2 employees skitter around like creatures of the night before i received my desired bell order. Interesting experience Rating 4/7

  Slow service, forgot half my items and made mistakes on the other half. Asked for Diablo sauce, didn't get any and when I went back the supervisor said they don't have Diablo sauce at this store. I pointed at the black sauce packets and asked what they were. She said they are Diablo sauce, she lied right to my face before!

  My experience at Taco Bell was extremely disappointing. I politely asked for fresh nacho fries, and instead of a simple acknowledgment, the employee gave me an unprofessional look and said nothing. After waiting about two minutes, I was handed fries that were clearly old and tasted like they had been refried. It’s frustrating to be treated this way when making a reasonable request. Basic customer service acknowledging customers and ensuring food quality was completely lacking. This kind of service reflects poorly on the location, and I won’t be returning if this is the standard.

  I had a really frustrating experience at the drive-thru today. I specifically asked for fresh nacho fries, and the employee told me they were fresh because they had been cooked 10 minutes ago. That already didn’t sound right,I politely asked if they could remake them so they’d actually be fresh, but instead of helping, the staff member refused and said they couldn’t that. There was no effort to provide any kind of customer service. It’s disappointing when something so simple turns into a negative experience. Customers shouldn’t have to argue to get fresh food, especially when it’s a reasonable request. I hope management takes a closer look at how situations like this are handled, because this definitely wasn’t acceptable. As I also work in a food restaurant holding time for fires is not 10 minutes at all.
