  August 18 at 2:11 PM - ordered 2 soft tacos, nacho fries & nacho cheese sauce and a 32 oz Dr. Pepper. One other customer awaited her order. A Southeast Asian male and female (Indian) staff talked non-stop in Hindi as he "prepped food", yet no orders went out 14 minutes later. When I sked Asked what was happening, the female staff told the lady customer they had no regular fries. So she instead ordered a cheaper meal overall, yet they tried to charge her debit AGAIN for the purchase - though they owed HER money for the difference in cost, which she had already paid. Meanwhile, the male dropped a bag off on the counter fo rme without a word, and I discovered soon why - as he tried to substitute my nacho fries (which they suspicously also didn't have) with an alternate order of 6 nacho chiips and a little cheese saunce, which clearly wasn't worth the $3.29 they had charged me. When I confronted them, there was no reply or apology. At that point, both of us customers demanded a full refund. We were told that we couldn't get a debit refund "right now", with no reason why. So I threatened to call the police IMMEDIATELY if we didn't both get our money back. THe female offered a "cash refund, I guess" as if she was doing us a favor. We both accepted it. and it took another 5 minutes to process both. I left that "fast food restaurant" 29 minutes later without food, with several attempts to scam me. will NEVER go to Taco Bell in Vernon again, and will warn everyone of the same. There are clear signs here of both financial fraud, and of attempts to mislead or scam customers with cheaper items given that what were ordered. Notified Taco Bell Canada of this scam, and 8 times, the form submitted had server errors. This company is an absolute SHIT SHOW.

  The manager didn’t make our food until we told them to work the food was cold and they took forever to make it and they gave my child diarrhea and the workers there kept giving me weird looks and the only way I would come back is a free 50$ gift card

  Very disappointing experience at Taco Bell Venon today. I arrived at around 11:40 PM, even though the store’s closing time is 12:00 AM. The doors were already locked, and when I called the staff, they told me the store was closed and didn’t open the door. If the store closes before 12 AM, they should update their hours instead of wasting customers’ time. I think the staff need to improve their customer service and professionalism. Very poor experience and definitely not coming back

  During a busy rush there's only 2 employees at the back handling the drive through, making, the food, and working the till. They won't even acknowledge you're at the till waiting for your order, and expect to wait at least 25 minutes for your food at a fast food place. Sometimes the workers the employees won't even be working while you're there waiting for your order. Shame on the managers for understaffing the place and hiring incompetent employees. When asked for a refund for receiving cold and stale food the employees became disrespectful and refused to remake the food, and they don't even understand what you are saying. I highly advise against going to this taco bell

  Hope the cashier working today gets fired for incompetence, and the one who trained her. She wasn't a trainee yet can't even wrap her head around the idea of putting lettuce in a taco before the beef, and struggled to work the register with upsizing a meal to the point I gave up and went elsewhere for tacos. They probably premake everything and let it sit and fester under a heat lamp.
