We politely asked her to change her gloves because we are vegetarian and do not want cross-contact with meat—this is a completely reasonable request. Instead of responding professionally, she was dismissive and had a clear attitude. Saying “I’m not touching your food” in that tone is not customer service—it’s disrespectful. Customers have every right to raise basic dietary concerns, and staff should handle them properly. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and needs serious improvement.
