  Great sales but goes down because of certain cashiers. Served again today with a older woman with no customer service skills. Treated everyone like they were an inconvenience. Tall heavy set with long brown hair. I moved here two years ago to this area and loved that save on was close. But this lady, wow. I was trying to get cash back with my Google wallet, new to me, and was having problems, she actually said ,as long as it's not stolen should work. Excuse me !!!! No smiles no hellos, just rude and uncomfortable. I'm only so shocked because all the other cashiers are so friendly and helpful that I've felt with. That this lady is working at the till, is a real shame. I won't be going to her till anymore, unfortunately that makes me feel uncomfortable.

  Just want to say that Monica is the most helpful teller they've ever had. She not only knows all the specifics about deals she also knows what's on the app to save customers money. I've shopped Coopers- Save-On for 30 plus years. Please forward this to Monica and PLEASE!!!! let her know how much she's setting the standard for any business. Such a friendly person who i look forward to seeing. She truly is your best. Ty.

I have documented multiple instances of "bait-and-switch" labeling, including: 1) ​Country of Origin discrepancies (Shelf vs. Packaging). ​2) Ambiguous pricing where sale tags are placed under a variety of similar products, leading to significant price hikes at the register. 3) ​Expired promotional tags left on shelves misleading shoppers. ​These are not isolated incidents; they are frequent enough to suggest a lack of ethical standards in how this location is managed. Customers should not have to perform an investigation just to ensure they are being charged the advertised price. Check your receipts carefully!

  I ran in right at closing time for a couple last minute necessities & the staff were great about it& the cashier was so friendly & helpful especially for the last minute in their shift! This visit was just in & out so I didn't get to look at sales or weekly deals but in passing I did see a few BOGO deals & mark down Prices. But prices are higher than our usual grocery store for our basics.
