  Solid place to get a burrito - doesn’t really disappoint , always consisten - I believe when we came in they had just opened - the staff were all friendly- portion sizes are massive.

  This was the first time we went here for dinner and the food was great, the customer service was awesome and the price was very reasonable. Definitely would recommend Mucho Burrito!

  The burritos here are so delicious! The place is very clean with great vibes and the two gentlemen who were preparing my food were very friendly and gave me great advice! I wanted my burrito spicy and they delivered. I will be coming back again, highly recommend this place!!!!

  Ordered a burrito for lunch and it was excellent. Very fresh ingredients, and I was grateful for the attention paid to my request to make it all plant-based. Friendly staff ,and the premises were immaculate.

  Poor customer service. I waited more than 20 minutes for my order while they kept serving people who came after me. They told me it would only take 2 minutes, but even after 20 minutes my order still wasn’t ready, so I had to leave without it. What’s worse is that it was a DoorDash order, so this kind of delay affects both customers and drivers. During the entire wait, I noticed the staff moving very slowly and not taking orders seriously unless the owner or manager was around. It honestly felt like the store only functions properly when management is present. The manager or owner really needs to pay closer attention to what’s happening daily because the service right now is unacceptable.
