  Not very happy with the service received this afternoon on 18May2026. Ordered and paid via the self service counter, which was not able to print a receipt. Went to the counter to request a receipt. Cashier was not friendly and did not show any interest in wanting to assist us. In the end we just asked what I order number was so that we knew when our order was ready. Didn't receive enough straws. Didn't receive any serviettes. The cheese on Poutine was not melted.

  ABSOLUTELY MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE IN VERNON! 1:30AM ON SATURDAY, 9 cars on the line up. 39 minutes to get to the service window. Get our order and it's missing several items. So we paid $18 for nothing on top of the cold fries, wrong unmarked drinks. And attitude from the server trying to tell her "pup patty". Making a call to the manager tomorrow morning. I'm livid!

  Worst experience ever. I waited at the front counter to place an order and nobody even came to take my order. I kept waiting for 10 minutes and left. Zero customer service. The girl working at night shift is so rude

  Where do I start? They say they are open 24 hours... Unless you show up at 3:45 and try to order a coffe, only to be told the tills are being switched over? I offered to do mobile order but was told nope... Then, don't go in there to eat in the mornings lol, I was told that I was in another customers seat, because this senior gentleman goes there at that time 7 days a week. And he sits in that seat lol... Then there's this morning, I ordered the mighty muffin combo only to get the sandwich without egg??? Just a little disappointed on a fine rainy Saturday...
