  Last time for me tonight. I've had multiple all white meat orders with drumticks hidden at the bottom (always 2), other times hadthings missing when Igot home, and tonight our box of chicken tenders could have broken a window they were so over done. Mistakes happen everywhere but not everytime. Would not recommend.

  We walk into this place there is a big sign at the cash register , please order at kiosk , Excuse Me , I didn't realize I work here , Especially when 2 people are standing in kitchen part staring at me & my wife, waiting for me to place an order in there sytem , meanwhile there is a frustrated customer ordering his food , 6 different meals and paid for , but other main till didn't register his payment and order , so he pissed off . We are standing there , 2 kiosks 1 works , 2 people waiting for there machine to give them the order for chicken now problem communication , between kiosk and terminal, and people waiting to fill order , ........ STOP....... no shortage of staff there , take out the human touch , guess what other humans walk away , I hoping toonie Tuesday I get to go in the back and cook my own chicken , The Colonel Sanders , would say you guys suck , and have staff sit in kitchen , watching us WOW CORPORATE GREED. Never ever go back , Don't take jobs from people , Go to Homestead they dont have kiosks , just real live people , Rate KFC Vanderhoof -10 Time for new managment

  Ok it's a typical KFC but today they want you to Drive thru or walk in & use a KIOSK ?? workers are standing around & not knowing what to do while people put in their order.. & then a Family in front of us had an issue !! Ordered over 130$ worth of food & paid at the Kiosk then tried to pay again, apparently his order was take in out of his account but didn't register at the till. So no order was being made.. ( he had to start reading out his order to the employee at the till...this was taking to long, so we left!! Anyvway long story Short ....there's way better options in town.. try homestead for a fantastic meal 😉

  I've bin eating Twisters for 20+years and lastnight I bought 3 and they all were Garbage. I got ten minutes away and started to eat one. I noticed it didn't taste right so opened it up. Barely any lettuce . And the lettuce looked old. No tomatoes what so ever. Phoned KFC and complained. They said sorry we ran out of stuff the day before. And they still charged me full price$11.99 and didn't even let me know . Pretty Disappointed

  SUCK… STOP… READ THIS… Stopped in at 8:30, a half hour before closing. Didn’t have most of the sides, but I guess that’s all the KFCs now. Ordered a 10-piece bucket. I watched the cashier ask the cook, and he clearly didn’t want to make it. She came back, almost apologetically, and said they only had 3 pieces of chicken, or I could get tenders. Cook wouldn’t make any. What??? It’s KFC… and I can’t get chicken? There was a car in the drive-thru and another customer inside. They just didn’t want to cook more because it was close to closing. No… it was 30 minutes before closing. The girl behind the counter was very nice. This isn’t about her. I wish the cook worked for me so I could fire him. Went down the road to A&W instead. Got my food to go, made it back to my hotel, and I’m typing this… and it’s still not closing time. Lazy.
