  Oniguri served with Wings Soya Sauce - disgusting. Worst quality soya sauce on the market served with Oniguri with hard rice. Did some teenager make this? Muffaletta sandwich on stale bread I could have nailed to the bottom of my shoe and hiked the West Coast Trail. Overpriced, low quality - do not recommend. You have to have more money than brains to shop here. I learned my lesson - high price does not equal quality.

  Ready made food used to be good - now it’s extremely disappointing. It still looks appetizing, but things are not cooked properly and poorly seasoned. For example, the lamb shank wasn’t slow cooked so it was extremely tough and difficult to eat. Pork ribs were also tough and the flavour was off. Pot pie only has crust on top, not a complete pie.

  Ordered an iced caramel latte, paid an extra dollar for the caramel upgrade, just to get plain iced coffee with zero flavour.

  I regularly shop at the Urban Fare on Davie Street in Yaletown, and unfortunately, the cashier staffing seems to be a consistent problem regardless of the day or time. There are often not enough cashiers working, which leads to unnecessary lineups and long wait times, even during regular hours. For a store in such a busy location, I would expect better staffing and faster checkout service. The store itself is generally nice and has a good selection, but management really needs to address the ongoing shortage of cashiers. Having enough staff at the registers would make a big difference to the overall customer experience.
