  Points program broken, keeps cashing points for purchases when not requested. This has been an ongoing problem that management has not fixed, will stop using my points card here. Please fix this.

  Generally a good experience. I buy Avalon milk here a lot. Return the bottles when i pay for my groceries. But last time the older lady cashier told me to go behind the counter and put the bottle in the carts myself..I was taken aback. Never been asked to do that. Very reluctant to go back now. Cause I don’t wanna have to deal with that. Gonna go elsewhere for my milk.

  Extremely poor service by the young Caucasian guy at the cashier on July 4th around 6 pm. Didn’t say any greeting or word to me and did not offer a bag and had a hostile attitude while I was bagging my own items. Terrible customer service for the prices this store charges

  Very high prices as you'd expect but that doesn't come with good service. My kid needed the washroom and the staff around weren't helpful and just didn't care then there's a huge line up for the one cashier open. Brutal.

  Right next to my building, good collection of organic produce and amazing collection of cooked or prepared food. I often went there to get breakfast, or a sandwich or diner meals. Good quality and not as expensive as restaurants. We tried many markets in downtown - this one is a winner.
