- JJJohnJul 11, 20261.0Bad food and service. I asked for spicy holy basil (a famously spicy dish known for having lots of peppers) and it didn't contain a single pepper! It wasn't spicy at all. It was as sweet as candy. They also added broccoli stems to their holy basil, which isn't a traditional ingredient in any holy basil I've seen or had. Unfortunately I'm allergic to broccoli. Despite making this addition they are using pictures for the recipe without. There was also no written recipe or any indication that they were using a new recipe. When I discovered this I asked for a refund. No refund. They also wouldn't remake it. Edit: after contacting them as they requested I am even less satisfied and will not go to any thai express locations ever again. They took my money, didn't give me edible food and they wasted my time without offering any solutions.
