    Thai Express is really slow. In Vancouver, it’s one of the slowest places . The beef and chicken are always the oldest and hardest to chew.

    I had a disappointing experience ordering food here. The staff member who served me was very rude and seemed completely uninterested in helping. When I asked if one of the menu items was good, she replied, “We sell good food only,” in a way that came across as dismissive rather than friendly. She also acted bored the entire time, was clicking a pen while taking my order, and didn’t make any effort to be welcoming or polite. The food may be good, but the customer service definitely needs improvement.
