- MDMarsh DaudiSep 25, 20261.0First time here and i ordered beef soup dine in. My order is up I receive it with no tray and the broth was full to the top and hot. I request as lid and the man goes "why didn't you get it to go then?" In a really rude tone and I respond "how am I supposed to know that you guys fill this much with no tray" he says "okay next time get it to go" and I say "well next time just give me the lid no need to argue" they'll definitely not be a next time with that mouth of his! So disappointed, never again.
- DPDilan PerezelSep 16, 20265.0I enjoyed my takeout last night. The #8 pad see ew with tofu was great. It’s delicious Not sure what people are complaining about.
- HCHye ChoiAug 1, 20261.0I don't want to give them any stars. The staff were very rude to customers. I was trying to find my food because there were no labels on the pickup orders. I asked the staff for help, but they completely ignored me. When I touch to turn the box by one finger one of the food boxes to check if it had my name on it, an older employee started yelling at me very loudly like thunder It was shocking and completely unreasonable. On top of the terrible customer service, the food wasn't good either. I don't understand how this location is still operating as a Thai Express franchise. I won't be coming back. ☆☆☆ DO NOT GO THIS PLACE ☆☆☆
- OOOxygenJul 28, 20262.0The food was decent, but the service was disappointing. The staff member who took my order spoke so quietly that I couldn’t hear her clearly. I wasn’t sure what she was asking, so I guessed she was asking whether I wanted to dine in or take out and answered, “Dine in.” She then rolled her eyes before repeating the question more loudly: “Green curry or red curry?” That interaction made me feel very uncomfortable. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
