  Worst Thai food ever!! Avoid at any cost! We ordered General Thai with beef. Taste really bad.

  I ordered Pad Thai with vegetables, gave me pork instead. Not to mention the meet is not mixed with any source! Nasty! The guy was very rude as well. Damn

  Very disappointing experience at this Thai fast food chain store. The cashier, a young woman wearing glasses, had an extremely rude and dismissive attitude from the moment I ordered. When I asked her to repeat herself due to unclear communication, she seemed annoyed and unwilling to help, responding with visible irritation. What stood out most was how she treated customers as if we owe her money, rather than the other way around. It made the entire interaction unwelcoming. Customers spent money at your store got irritated at the end. Customer service like this reflects poorly on the business as a whole, train your staff’s attitude before hiring people like this. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend to avoid this Thai location as there are many other good food with friendly staff. I would give minus stars if there’s an option.

  Stall looks clean but that’s purely a facade. Cashier was extremely rude. I ordered the Tom yam noodles with vegetables. It was literally the Tom yam instant noodle package at any Asian grocery store and they just cut some measly vegetables and charge you an arm and a leg for it. First time as a tourist in Canada and also in Vancouver. Literally my first ever meal in Canada as an international tourist. Enough said. Zero stars of I could but even that is too generous.

  Ordered the Beef Pad See Ew ($16.79 with tax). It was a decent bowl of noodles, I thought it had a good soy flavour which was prominent throughout. The beef could have been a bit more tender, but the slices were thin and a good size for chewing. The only veg included was the advertised Chinese broccoli. I was the only customer at the time, so the wait was short and it was prepared fresh just behind the counter. Service was lacking and I didn't find it very friendly. After looking at past comments, it seems to be a trend. It was very curt and there was no response/reaction, even if you thanked the staff for the food, bill, or for providing a requested utensil. It is the only Thai food establishment in the food court, however, so it's your only option for this cuisine (Pad Thai, Tom Yum Soup, etc.). While I'd be interested in returning for the food options, the service is a bit of a turn off.
