A staff member was cleaning the ceiling/shelving directly above the cooking area with a totally filthy rag. They didn't even bother to move the food. I literally watched dust, dirt, and debris fall directly into the open pots and boiling water that they were using to cook customer meals. If this is what they do out in the open, I don't want to know what happens behind closed doors. Absolutely disgusting.
