  I don’t even live in Vancouver and I was super excited to get Taco Bell with my friend until I had finally received my order. I ended up being super disappointed, not once but twice. I had ordered a crunch wrap supreme with beef and did not receive any of the beef or the crunch/chip part of the meal. Another time we ordered two baja blasts and nacho fries. We only received one Baja blast and paid the price for two. I will never come back here again and you ruined my experience in Vancouver.

  Wow. Ordered through their app and waited well over an hour. Finally, the Uber delivery driver messages me and says they’re not making your order. There’s a rush so they won’t make it. Wait, if it’s so busy, why am I able to order on the app? Shouldn’t it be showing that the restaurant is unavailable? No contact from the store, nothing. Am I out for my order? I have yet to be given any direction on if this was refunded or not. Pure robbery. I get it is busy with FIFA but if you’re not taking mobile orders then turn the feature off! Don’t make someone wait over an hour to find out. **Edit** they ended up making it after I posted this. Over an hour later! My Uber driver went back as the app has no option to cancel an order on it nor is there 24 hour support. He was so kind about it. They treated him very rudely and unprofessionally. Let’s see what I get and if it is even edible or good.

  Here’s a professional English version of your message: Today, this lady gave me a dislike without any valid reason. She even told all the employees to give me a dislike, but unfortunately, no one even explained what I had supposedly done wrong. I simply came to pick up the delivery, and she acted disrespectfully toward me. Please review your security camera footage—you will see that I did nothing wrong. I respectfully request that management investigate this matter. If this behavior continues and no action is taken, I will consider taking legal action because she is damaging my business and treating me unprofessionally. Thank you.🙏

  I always place my order through my phone, and within 5 to 7 minutes, it's ready to go. The efficiency here is impressive! Many of the team members already know me, and I can tell they always want to have my order ready as soon as possible. When my food is done, they look for me, wave me over, and hand it off with a warm, friendly smile. The staff here at Taco Bell Granville are truly wonderful. Rulys

  Absolutely worst fast food experience of my life. Every single time I come here the service is incredibly unorganized, their system is chaotic and the staff never knows what is happening. I have been here numerous times and it is always the same outcome. Waiting tremendously long for our orders, messed up orders and finding out that the order I have been asking for for the past half hour has just been sitting right in front of me behind the till getting cold. I beg management of this location to please step up and integrate a more professional and efficient service system.
