  The tacos had a putrid smell. I was so disgusted I had to throw the entire bag of tacos, there were three tacos, wasting my money. They all had the same disgusting smell I took two bites of the first taco and spit out the second bite. Tacos two and three were not eaten. Avoid this place.

  horrible horrible service. ordered a 16 dollar luxe combo and got a half filled drink and everything in the order wrong. i held the cup and the top immediately folded because thats how empty it was, and all the machines are broken so i couldnt even fill it up myself. when i asked the lady to fully fill up my drink she simply said ‘sorry’ and didnt double check which means she already knew it wasnt full and was just hoping i wouldnt notice. every item in the box was wrong and when i asked for the correct food the lady at the counter argued with me and said i ordered the wrong item when i literally had my transaction history. after a while they agreed to replace these with what we were supposed to get ONLY if we returned all the incorrect items. they all have terrible attitudes and are extremely condescending- they either need to get proper training or simply be fired. come here if you want to get pissed off. staff simply diabolical. come here if you want stuff you didnt order that tastes like garbage. beef and rice? no beans and mush. disappointing.

  I ordered 6 tacos with extra beef and half the lettuce and when. I got home to eat my tacos the receipt said I paid for the extra beef but I don't even think there was a full scoop of beef in each taco and it was mostly lettuce

  sadhia’s customer service is impeccable. she serves so many guests but she is sure to know my order as well as my allergies and makes sure she announces that everyone changes globes for my order. this is so touching. she needs a raise :))

  Extremely disappointing experience at Taco Bell on Wednesday september 16 around 10 PM. The Chicken Crunchwrap Supremes we were served tasting horrible, old, stale, bitter, and clearly were not up to the standard you would expect from a fast-food restaurant. I asked for a refund and all the employees just looked at me helplessly and laughing in my face like it was some joke. i understand it’s just food but if i’m spending $28 on two meals i expect the chicken to taste good. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the staff. They were laughing while we were trying to address the issue and were extremely rude and dismissive toward us. When I asked for their names so I could properly report the incident, they refused to provide them and told me to come back for a manager which is super unprofessional. We are in Canada and i expect service to be high level. I also asked for a refund for the food that was served to us, and that request was refused as well. This is completely unacceptable customer service. If customers are served food that they believe is old or poor quality, their concerns should be taken seriously instead of being laughed at or dismissed. Management should seriously look into what happened during the Wednesday 10 PM shift, including the food quality and the conduct of the staff. As the staff here are usually helpless and always laughing at customers face. I will definitely think twice before coming back. Customers deserve to be treated with basic respect, regardless of how busy the restaurant is.
