  Dirty and was given wrong order, when I returned as was informed to, was told I was basically crazy and a liar, worst taco bell I have ever been to don't waste your time!

  Absolutely terrible customer service at Taco Bell on Granville Street. I ordered a meal with two drinks and had to wait a long time. When I asked about my order, nobody bothered to respond properly. When my food finally arrived, both drinks were missing. After asking, a staff member rudely said, “It’s coming.” I eventually received one drink, but the second was still missing. When I asked again, she simply ignored me and walked back to the kitchen. I then spoke to the manager, expecting some help, but his response was basically that “it’s not a big deal.” As a manager, that kind of attitude and disrespect toward a customer is completely unacceptable. Very disappointing experience. Poor service, poor communication, and absolutely no sense of customer care. I will not be coming back.

  While the food is somewhat good-tasting, it gave me food poisoning or god knows what, I'm getting some tests done. I'm still dealing with the consequences, two weeks after eating here. If you have a sensitive stomach ir are immuno-compromised, avoid eating here as the freshness and cleanliness of the food is questionable. The staff were friendly and quick to serve.

  Me and my friends along with many other were waiting for the store to open for over 45 min and even after soo long. They come out and say only one person is allowed to come inside while others need to wait outside. Is this a joke 0 service 0 employee intelligence. They are literally doing nothing we all can see through the glass windows. Worst Taco Bell ever.

  Went there ordered from the kiosk, it was out of receipt paper and told me to go up to the counter with my order number. I went up, and waiting for 15 minutes for someone's attention, they then told me my order isnt in there system and I had to wait at the back of the line to order. I did, got up to the counter and ordered, they then Skipped over my order and when I asked they apologized and started making it then and there. Got my food, they forgot the drink, then gave me the drink and said they were out of straws, and it was a Slurpee drink, so not the best without a straw. Finally went to eat my food, and it was dead cold, cheese wasnt melted. Literally the worst fast food experience ive ever had, I do not recommend this location at all...you suck taco bell.
