  We are visiting from a community without a Taco Bell (my partners childhood memories make this a must-eat vacation meal). We ordered 2 12 packs of tacos (amongst other items) via UberEats and one $43 pack was missing from our order. Of course Uber only refunds the missing item so re-ordering costs us delivery fees all over again. I wish the restaurant checked delivery orders over more carefully before sending them out! By the time our second order arrived, the first was completely cold.

  The best toco bell I've been to by far! The workers so nice the service is amazing The food is to die for i just wish I had one closer to me favorite place to eat in vancouver i always eat toco bell in vancouver 5 stars!

  I feel sorry for the poor girl whose picture is falsely taken by the rude delivery driver with zero civic sense of behaving especially with a girl. I think you need to grow a bit a she is not your personal servant as you are yelling at her and the boy at the counter. This person should be permanently banned for treating an employee who is just ignoring the misbehavior to avoid any drama. I request the girl to complain against him so that due to these kind of people they have to face consequences.

  For the past few days, I’ve noticed that this girl is not doing her job properly. The other employees are also not completing the work because she spends her time talking to different people instead of working. Today I was finally مجبور to post this photo, and I also have videos showing her just standing around doing nothing. She is also rude to Uber and DoorDash drivers. Even if someone politely asks how long the order will take to be ready, she replies, “I don’t know.” This is unfair because parking is difficult here and drivers are waiting. Please pay proper attention to this employee. This hotel/business owner’s money and reputation should not be ruined because of her behavior. I apologize to the owner for giving one star, but I was left with no choice. If needed, I can personally send the videos by email as proof that this girl is not working and behaves as if the drivers are her servants.

  To the poor girl working the front counter you should never be treated like that, and you deserve a raise for dealing with them with grace and a smile on your face. To the person that was screaming and yelling at her you didnt understand that you had ordered but not paid therefore they would not be making your 2 tacos till you paid. Also to the Uber driver that walked in and while she was dealing with a customer he shoved his phone in her face saying the order # way out of line please wait till they are done servicing the customer they are with.
