  I took 2 sandwiches and one is chicken and other was veggie i already told the girl Ash that I am pure vegetarian stil she is using the same gloved and later changed and then she used the same knife. Very disappointed

  I had a really disappointing experience at Subway on May 1st around 10:45 PM. The service was very poor. The staff member got my order wrong and was quite rude when I pointed it out. The sub itself was poorly made, with sauce spilling everywhere and not packed properly. When I ordered soup, it was given in a cup that wouldn’t even close properly, making it difficult to carry. On top of everything, there was no basic courtesy—no smile, no effort to be helpful. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend going to this location.

  Service for this location is pathetic server is rude ANNA management should look into this and take actions as I can see a lot Of negative reviews are here under her name this is ruining up the image. I had visit this place today but her behaviour towards other customer was quite rude and I decided to Not take anything from here and along with me one more customer went away. Not recommended

  Server Anna is rude don’t know how to do her job need needs to be trained how hospitality works. She works like she she don’t care what customer is asking and mixing her hands with veg and non veg items which was not acceptable I asked her not to do that and she said it it what it is if you want it’s fine if not I can refund your money instead of improving her mistake she acts rude like she don’t care about customer with this behaviour you’re not acceptable in hospitality industry I would have 0 stars if I have option. Not recommend this place to anyone. Thanks

  One of the worst service experiences I’ve had.Server ''ANNA''... My order was made incorrectly, and the sandwich was thrown together with little to no care—ingredients were missing, uneven, and overall quality was unacceptable.What made it worse was the staff member’s behavior. When I pointed out the issue, she was dismissive, unhelpful, and showed no interest in correcting the mistake or even acknowledging it. That level of unprofessionalism and lack of basic respect is completely unacceptable.This was a frustrating and disappointing visit from start to finish. I will not be returning and would strongly advise others to avoid this location unless serious improvements are made. Server was 'ANNA' in night shift.
