  It's annoying when there is a homeless person asking for money outside of the doors, but that doesn't take away from how great the staff always treat me when I come here. Also, that's a running theme for most of this city. I always have great service and the employees care about my review and input. I've always been impressed by the attitude of staff here compared to other Subway locations! Specifically Bhupinder, that man is a pleasure to run into. Thanks for always being sociable and efficient!

  It was a pleasure eating at Marine Drive Gateway's Subway branch, after ordering the Tuna Footlong Meal Value Combo on Friday Night 😄 Bhupinder & his colleagues were kind & courteous to my requests and I really liked the quality and taste of the meal, especially the vegetables (tomatoes in particular).

  ROYALLY TICKED OFF!!!!!!! I was sent to pickup an order which takes me over 30 mins via transit! They wanted the following: FOOTLONG WITH CHICKEN, BACON, EXTRA LETTUCE, & PROCESSED CHEESE. NOTHING ELSE.. NO SAUCE. They then wanted me to get a side of GRAVY, BBQ AND HOUSE SAUCE as they were not sure what to get as this was the first time ordering this. Since SUBWAY does not allow thru the app to select any sandwich and ADD chicken, we had to select one that comes WITH it already. I get there and CONFIRM that it is PLAIN.. NO SAUCE.. at first she says YES, then goes back on it and says she put the HOT HONEY SAUCE..I told her NO SAUCE in it! and she says she just put a little bit because it's a HOT HONEY CHICKEN. I told her that I was sent here to pick up the order for SOMEONE ELSE WHO SPECIFICALLY WANTS NO SAUCE WHICH IS WHY I UNSELECTED HOT HONEY.. She repeated that she only put a little bit.. I told her NO, they won't accept it! then she goes back on what she said and says she DIDN"T put it.. I confirm so it's PLAIN and she says YES. (WISH I RECORDED IT!!) She gives me 3 containers (GRAVY, HOUSE SAUCE and BBQ) I get back and the first thing we notice is we get BBQ, and the HOUSE SAUCE but the gravy is RED??!! It looks like MARINARA SAUCE as it is RED, Full of TOMATO AND ONION BITS... THAT IS NOT GRAVY!! Then we open the sandwich and sure enough SHE LIED!!!!! SHE DID PUT THE HOT HONEY AND NOW NOT ONLY AM I OUT THE $20 ORDER BUT IT HAD TO GO INTO THE GARBAGE!!!! I TOOK VIDEO OF EVERYTHING INCLUDING IT GOING INTO THE GARBAGE AND POURING THE RED "GRAVY" TOMATO, ONION, SAUCE ALL OVER IT!!!! [cannot upload video as they are too long so i included screenshots]

  Riya was really helpful with her menu recommendations. Service was polite and fast. Can't ask for more from a subway.
