  I shouldn’t really eat here because I am a celiac but the girl working behind the counter today around 12:30pm was so so friendly and accommodating to me! Used fresh gloves on request and gave me veggies from the fridge so I could reduce the risk of me getting sick from there! Thank you kind Lady (:

  I placed a mobile order at 9pm, app said to pick up at 9:20pm. I went in early, around 9:15pm, saw about 6 people in line, and only 1 staff working. I was a little shock but I sat down waiting until my pick up time. At 9:22pm I asked if my mobile order is ready. The staff said it will be prepared after she served everyone in line. Unless everyone there got in line before my order was accepted at 9pm, which I doubt it, this doesn’t make sense to me. But there was only 1 staff working, she was nice, and she seems to be doing her best. I’m not mad at her but perhaps there should be more staff or a better system for picking up order. I still talk to her nicely, and she was nice to me. So I docked some stars for the systems. Subs wasn’t good at all. I noticed that this location always have polite staffs but my subs were always barely edible. Veggies are lacking, sauce barely visible. Even meat is definitely under portion. My subs were so dry, I didn’t enjoy them at all. I much preferred the one inside superstore just a few minutes away. They actually follow your request for extra veggies or sauces. And I would say I got about 3-4 times more veggies than this location even without asking for extra veggies. The veggies don’t even spread evenly across the sub because it was such a small amount. :/ You can look at my photos, you cann’y even see the meat! And you will see how lacking the veggies were, these were ordered with extra everything because I remember my last experience of ordering normally. Anyways, for reference… I finally got my subs at around 9:37pm! 37minutes from my order time and 17minutes late for pickup time. It was horrible because I’m living with pain from an accident. I can’t really sit or stand for long due to severe pain which is why I placed a mobile order so I can avoid this as much as possible. I ended up pacing back and forth for most of the time and my pain flared up so much that I’m still awake at 5am! Staffs here are really nice though, and much more friendly than other locations I’ve been to. It’s just unfortunate that the subs are really bad here, in my opinion!

  Fast, efficient service with my order made perfect. Store was clean and exceeding what I’d expect from a fast food chain!
