  Had a great experience at Subway thanks to Manpreet. She was extremely friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the visit. She handled everything efficiently, made sure the order was prepared perfectly, and maintained a very positive attitude even during a busy time. It’s always nice to be greeted with genuine customer service and a smile. Manpreet really made the visit enjoyable and deserves recognition for her excellent work. Highly recommend this location because of staff members like her!

  I had a great experience at this Subway location today. The staff members were incredibly friendly and professional. They took the time to make my exactly how I liked it, and everything was fresh and neatly presented. The restaurant was clean, and the service was surprisingly fast despite it being busy. I’ll definitely be back!"

  I had a very disappointing experience at Subway on Granville Street in Vancouver. The service was extremely poor—one of the indian girl very was rude she was telling herself as manager but work ethics and hospitality was really below the point, slow, and seemed uninterested in helping customers, which made the whole visit frustrating and unpleasant.She even didn’t changed the gloves while making Sub of other customer

  Very unsatisfactory experience here. Ordered with buy 1 get 1 foot long on the app. While customizing the sandwich, it said that crispy onions were sold out. When I asked the employee she said that they charge for crispy onions. I was also told they charge for bags when I asked for one. To boot, once they wrap your sandwich they don’t even seal it with the sticker so when you open the wrapping the sandwich falls apart. There wasn’t even that much meat on the sandwich either. Do yourselves a favour and get your Subway fix from the Waterfront Centre food court instead. Sandwiches are way better and crispy onions / bags / stickers are all included without an upcharge. Don’t support cheap businesses!
