  They won't let you order with a human. They force you you to interact with their keyosk/computer. Subway has officially become anti-social, which also means they are no longer pressured by the presence of human in how they make their food

  Two staff were on break at the same time at 1am leaving no one running the store, huge backlog of orders online with multiple customers waiting. We also observed staff accusing 3 customers of stealing a bag of chips and cancelling their online order, without even looking at the security footage the other guests explained that they looked at the chips and put it back, no one looked at the footage at all and the customers who already paid for their order left, unsure if they will get a refund. Staff claimed that this occurred during the break while the staff were sitting in the corner of the dining room. I have currently waited at least half an hour for my online order, probably won’t come back here unless it’s absolutely needed due to the poor service, and lack of professionalism from staff.

  Absolutely unacceptable experience at this Subway location. 👎👎👎👎👎 I placed a mobile preorder in the morning, but when I arrived, I was told they had run out of steak. This completely defeats the purpose of preordering—if items are unavailable, the system should reflect that or the staff should manage it properly. Instead of offering a proper solution, they asked me to switch to chicken without even mentioning any price adjustment. Being charged the same for a different, cheaper ingredient is not okay. On top of that, my order wasn’t ready at the scheduled time. So the order was wrong and late. To make matters worse, the sandwich was wrapped so poorly that it was falling apart and nearly dropped on the ground as we walked out. It felt rushed and careless. Overall, this location showed a complete lack of organization and attention to detail. Very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend ordering ahead from here.

  order the same time as my friend when nobody was in the store and they took more than 30 minutes to even start making my sandwich, my friend and i got the same thing and yet he was finished 20 minutes before they even started making it.
