Infront of everyone he pointed towards me and made a remark "you take forever so ill not help you with scanning and payment" and it's not the first time that I had this weird experience with him. In my one of the previous visit he scanned the items and refused to bag them by clearly saying that " I don't do bagging for instacart orders". Both times it seems like he was waiting for me to get there so that he can yell that bullshit at me. If owner is reading this message please tell the manager to re-train him and teach him the basics of customer service again.
