  First time I’ve gone to this Save on Foods and would be my last. Not only are they unhelpful but accusatory. Poor customer service and staff look unkempt.

  $1.49 day..somedecent deals..free parking....not too crowded..decent selection of specialty (a.k.a. cruelty free) vegan items.

  The general quality, cleanliness and selection at this store are really just a stain on the saveon brand. I go to save one expecting large clean bright stores with the products I am used to seeing. This store is dingey, with lacking shelves and a weird vibe

  Confused about the other 1 star ratings because I had the best customer service experience. So much so I felt compelled to leave a review for Save-on! I have shopped in other locations before and they are all friendly but Madeline/ Madeleine (sorry not sure of the spelling) excelled.They had the best energy and great personality. They even offered to help me bag my groceries and they had the cutest badge with stars and bunnies and rainbows. ⭐️🐰🌈💗 they were the same with the lady after me and I could tell they made our day (at least mine). These interactions are so rare - more of this please!

  Absolutely terrible customer service. I visited the Main Street Save-On-Foods at around 11:20 AM on June 20, and it was one of the worst grocery shopping experiences I’ve had in a long time. The store itself feels outdated and poorly maintained compared to other locations. There aren’t even self-checkout machines, which is surprising these days. But the biggest issue was the cashier working at register #4, a man wearing glasses (receipt number showed 06795I). From the moment I got in line, he looked completely miserable and annoyed to be there. He barely acknowledged customers, showed no friendliness, and seemed irritated whenever anyone approached his till. I noticed the same attitude toward the customer ahead of me. When it was my turn, I received no greeting, no smile, no eye contact, no “thank you,” and no basic courtesy whatsoever. I actually thanked him at the end of the transaction and was met with complete indifference. Everyone has bad days, but if you work in customer service, basic politeness is the bare minimum. This cashier came across as someone who genuinely dislikes dealing with customers and made customers feel like an inconvenience rather than valued patrons. Management should seriously address the attitude problem at this location. Customers deserve better than being treated this way.
