  This is the worst supermarket. Really, the worst. They freeze the products to avoid them go bad, but when they put them ack on the shelf, they quality is disgusting. This supermarket is overpriced, very low quality, and they must do something to change.

  Save-On-Foods 真的是一間很容易讓人不知不覺逛很久的超市。店內空間寬敞明亮，商品陳列整齊，尤其蔬果區看起來特別舒服，各式水果、蔬菜種類相當豐富，從香蕉、鳳梨、酪梨、柑橘、蘋果，到番茄、花椰菜、紅蘿蔔、羽衣甘藍及各種有機蔬菜都有，色彩繽紛又很有新鮮感。 除了生鮮蔬果之外，店裡的商品也相當多元，日常需要的肉品、乳製品、飲料、零食、冷凍食品、熟食及生活用品幾乎都能一次買齊，而且還有不少有機商品與加拿大本地農產品。對我們來說，最方便的就是離家近，臨時想補水果、飲料或晚餐食材，走一趟就能解決。 在溫哥華生活後，逛超市也慢慢變成一種日常小樂趣。Save-On-Foods不只是採買的地方，更像是家附近的小型生活補給站，東西多、環境舒服又好逛，每次進去總會比原本預計的多帶幾樣東西回家。

  Extortionist prices, except for some items on sale. Therefore, as a grocery store it is bad. 2 stars. I guess it could be worse but not much worse.

  I had an awful experience at Save-On-Foods. When I arrived, they were apparently testing the fire alarm, and it was extremely loud and annoying throughout my visit. I also had a really difficult time finding canned pumpkin because it wasn’t in the canned fruit section. There were barely any employees around to ask for help, and when I finally saw an employee and approached her, she proceeded to walk in the opposite direction instead of helping me. When I eventually found the canned pumpkin, it was almost $8, which is pretty ironic considering the store is called Save-On-Foods. I had found the same type of product for around $5 just last week. Finally, at the checkout, the cashier was extremely slow and seemed preoccupied talking to another employee instead of focusing on serving customers. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. The lack of customer service, confusing product placement, high prices, and slow checkout made the visit much worse than it needed to be.

  I just was at Saveonfoods UBC to buy lunch a rotisserie chicken from the deli .I asked the lady behind the counter For she had some that looked cooked properly.She replied over there are the chickens I could barely understand her She was very abrupt and mean looking I said excuse me where She pointed over there .As I turned around I saw they were in a heated shelf I looked at the chickens they were all burnt So I went back to the deli to ask for the one behind the counter She shrugged her shoulders and then another deli staff came by I explained they were burnt She said that is the way they are and walked away Not only where they extremely rude and ignorant towards me But insulting and talking amongst each other in there language I have shopped at Save On Foods for 40 years I know what a damn rotisserie chicken should look like I called to speak with the managers I showed them and asked would you eat this They shook there heads lNo So the one manager went over and got me the unburnt one The deli woman passed it to me abruptly with no comment and a mean look.I will never ever shop at Save On Foods again Disgusting food and staff I just had some unburnt chicken and it was dry and inedible What has happened the store was dirty lots of staff all talking around If they do not want to work then give the job to someone who does One footnote the staff looked disshoveled wearing unclean clothes
