  This store gets worse and worse by the day... It is completely mismanaged. If you are planning on going to this store, plan to be there at least 45 minutes. Lines are always extremely long and they only have 1-2 people on till maximum, they wait until the lines are causing foot traffic with others before calling someone else to till. They also got rid of the express checkout line so you WILL be there 45 minutes even if you go into the store for one single item. Employees are typically nice but there has to be a change in management or logistics. I've been to the store at all hours of the day and there is always an issue with lineups. Even in the morning.

  This location could use significant improvement. For its size, the product selection feels surprisingly limited, with small bakery, meat, and seafood departments. However, the biggest issues is the lack of self-checkouts combined with frequent understaffing, which often leads to long waits. It's not uncommon to spend 10+ minutes in line, even when buying just a couple of items. The store itself also feels quite dreary. No music playing, limited product displays, and it generally feels gloomy and uninviting compared to other grocery stores.

  Some staff are unwelcoming and rude. I just want to say don’t go to cashier name Henry he is extremely rude.

  Despite being a large store, I often find I have to go to a second store to find what they were missing. This store has no self checkouts (which isn't a problem in itself because I like that humans are hired over machines (and the people you hired are lovely - they are probably underpaid)..but you need to have more than one or two people helping check-out when there are big lines or have a better system for managing these fluctuations) - checking out somehow always takes WAY longer than it does at any other Save On and any other grocery store ever. Maybe I've just gotten unlucky over the 20+ times I've been here but it's enough of a pattern for me now that I avoid this store and go to other grocers. If you're a Save-On person, the one on Main and 14th is way better.
