  Pros: convenient if you live in river district, clean, new Cons: small store with smaller selection than normal, usually few checkouts open/people waiting for self checks to get fixed, and SoF is one of the more expensive stores around, even for boxed goods. Also con, the next nearest grocery is another SoF at big bend.

  The produce in never in any condition to be sold, tbh I'm surprised they haven't been shut down from that alone. They also seem to be critically understaffed, no one is able to help customers. When you do get help there's a high chance that the store manager will berate the poor worker that took the time from stocking the shelves to help a customer. The only reason I ever go here is because I have no other stores within a distance I want to bike to.

  Sub par fresh food for premium prices. The staff here also make customers do their own price checks when there is a price discrepancy. They tell customers to take a picture with their phone to prove the price is what they say it is. It’s the worst grocery store I’ve been to.

  I'm the neighbors in this area, Frist this store price tags is always mis leading customer. As a customers when we pickup the items we look the price is below. Many times at check out, price is different. This happened many times and the staffs won't doing price adjustment even they it's their mistakes. It's very sad that as a big company organize is so bad. Hope Save on food head office able look into it.

  Very disappointing experience with an employee named AVAH. I tried to redeem a lottery ticket and politely asked for the same type of ticket, but she insisted I “had to choose another ticket” and refused to return my original ticket after scanning it. Her attitude was rude and dismissive, and I felt pressured into buying something I didn’t want. This is not acceptable customer service. Staff (AVAH) should not force customers into unwanted purchases!
