    I placed an online order for bread in May and used my birthday coupon on the order. However, when I arrived at the store for pickup, I found that the location was under renovation and was unable to collect my order. The issue is that my birthday coupon was redeemed, but I did not receive the products. I have sent several emails to customer service requesting assistance with reinstating the coupon, but unfortunately I have not received any response so far. I am simply hoping someone from the store can contact me and help resolve this issue.

    Haven't been to a Mr Sub in a really LONG time. Stopped in here to get a Super BLT. Wasn't holding up much hope...but the sub was DELICIOUS! Soft, fluffy bread. Lots of bacon. Extra tomatoes, lots of pepper and mayo. It was the best sub in a long time! Might be coming back soon...it's a bit of a drive but worth it!
