  I order veggie sub at 11:28 am on oct 4. I received my order, had 4 bites of wrapped sub. When I open the wrap, realized there is HAM slice on the side!!!! Ridiculous!! A person pure vegetarian and religious had to face this? What you guys are doing, not even a single person was inside store to order, so you were not even busy. Extremely disappointed 🤮 Clearly shows - you don’t care about religious beliefs or any allergies.

  I was so excited to try out this place and to change up from my regular subway order but learning they have nothing in stock and are too lazy to take the two seconds it takes to select the “out of stock” button on the uber tablet just baffles me. Anyway, won’t be ordering again and will be sticking to subway. Also the fact that instead of fixing the issue or offering a substitution, they decided they’d rather just cancel my whole order. Thanks for nothing.

  I went here for the first time because they had a buy one get one promotion. But out of their lovely huge selection they only allowed you to have one particular type of sub. Ridiculous! They didn't get more stuff for this promotion. Never going back

  First and last time ordering today, the sandwiches are pretty bland, very expensive and the pizza sub had barely any toppings, I could only taste the bread and sauce for most of the sandwich. The tots were also a crazy tiny portion for the price. Overall very disappointed

  The 1st time I had Mr Sub was like 30 years ago, I still really love the taste. The food we had a few days ago was fresh and tasty! I highly recommend Mr Sub and especially this location! Thank you for putting in the effort to keep this location alive! 😎
