  I ordered through the MCdelivery app, waited for more than an hour, found out the order was missing half of the stuff. We called McDonald’s, the staffs were rude and just cut off the phone.

  At 1am she is half asleep We keep repeating its 5 orders and she only press one order yelling on her mic in drive through, and finally when we requested if we drive up to the window she agreed Didn’t even say sorry For bag she pronounced bug Very bad customer service

  For some reason iced coffee here tastes muuuch better comparing to the other locations.. Magic of the staff? Might be..

  Worse Mcdonalds ever.. I went there last night to pick up my mobile order for ice coffee. I wasn’t able to customise my order while ordering so I asked order taker to customise it but he refused to do so. I told him I just need light ice and oat milk instead of cream later he said ok but when I received my order it came with lot of ice and with regular cream. However, presenter was nice, she changed my coffee and made a new one for me but manager was also so rude she told you should have customised it earlier which I explained her there was no option to customise it. Worse Customer service. Wasted mine 10 minutes on just coffee due to which I got late for my job.
