- SASameer Ali6 days ago1.0I come here 5 to 6 mornings a week! In the past 1 month the service has gone down a lot, ordered a breakfast chicken wrap 12 mins later after giving me 3 wrong orders, this happened twice now, today I came to get my ice coffee, and one of the male employees declined my request for a straw, advising me new cups this is how you have to drink it, we dont give out straws ummmmmmm..... luckily another employee came in and advised him to just give the customer the straw! Seriously? Im not new in this country! I work across the street we have stopped coming here for lunch, what a shame, I would give it zero if I can!!

You will have to exert yourself to them if you need anything, otherwise they will just ignore you. Like you are not there. Im not expecting a high end kind of service but just the basic customer service attitude kind of service which I have experienced with other branches, no matter how busy they are. This branch, definitely, needs some kind of retraining when it comes to that aspect. Simply gave 2 stars bec of the food and a little of the ambience. But the staff are totally off.
