If I could give zero stars, I honestly would. I normally don’t take the time to write reviews, but after experiencing the same issues multiple times over the past three weeks, I feel it’s important to share my experience.
This review is being written while I’m currently sitting in the drive-through, because unfortunately, the evening/night staff after 12 AM have consistently provided an extremely disappointing level of customer service. This has now happened approximately four times in the last three weeks.
The staff have been rude, dismissive, and, in my experience, openly disrespectful when customers raise legitimate concerns. On one occasion, I politely asked for new fries because the fries I was given were completely cold. Instead of simply replacing them, I was told, “Don’t worry, we deal with customers like you a lot.” I was not being rude or unreasonable—I simply asked how cold fries could be considered acceptable to serve to a paying customer. The situation only became unpleasant after the staff member became confrontational with me.
Unfortunately, this was not an isolated incident. It has happened multiple times, including twice in the same week. On another occasion, when I asked for fresh fries, it appeared that the original fries were simply reheated rather than replaced. The staff were also laughing and behaving as though my concern was a joke.
I’ve also had issues with my food being prepared incorrectly. I was surprised to discover that the double cheeseburger I received contained only one patty along with the other toppings, despite paying for a double. Each time I visit, I’m typically spending around $25, only to end up disappointed with the food and, on some occasions, throwing it away because it isn’t enjoyable or properly prepared.
Another issue is the extremely loud music coming from inside the restaurant after midnight. It was loud enough that I could hear it clearly from the drive-through/takeout window. Combined with the way customers are being spoken to, it creates a very unprofessional atmosphere.
I understand that working a late-night shift can be challenging, and I’m not expecting perfection. However, basic customer service, respectful communication, and serving fresh, correctly prepared food should be the minimum standard.
I strongly recommend that management look into what is happening during the overnight shifts. Based on my repeated experiences, I would not be surprised if the restaurant is losing customers and business because of the way people are being treated. This level of service does not reflect what I would expect from McDonald’s, and it certainly does not feel like the standard the company should be aiming for.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the situation with the overnight staff.
I also do have names of the team members and also video and picture of the food that was unacceptable to be served thank you very much
