  Worst service ever. Waited atleast 10 minutes for a fudge sundae with strawberry topping. 15 orders went out before mine, no acknowledgement whatsoever ever until I finally snapped. Worst mcdonalds in the area hands down. Edit. No strawberries at all and barely and fudge.

  This location is really small. They do have upstairs seating, but when you're waiting for your food amongst others and food delivery drivers, it can get very crowded. They charge for bags here. Idk if that's a Canada thing or a McDs thing (visiting from Washington), but I ordered two bags on the kiosk so I could split up my order from my friends. Then when they only gave us one bag and we requested the second, the employee gave us attitude saying we'd have to pay for it. But when we pointed out on the receipt that there was quantity 2, she gave it to us. The fries were good but the burger wasn't great. There was also a homeless person inside the restaurant that asked me for money while I was ordering at the kiosk. Unsure why those types of people would be allowed inside anyways if they're just harassing customers and not purchasing food.

  Hey, I ordered Double Quarter Pounder Meal, and Hotcakes. It came to me without the syrup or the butter. So how am i supposed to eat this hotcake? I am paying at the right amount but I do not get the proper service. This is not good. You guys should better your service and make sure you check the deliver orders before you give it. That is why I am ordering for deliver because I have no time to cook or go there and this is what I will get? It is annoying and frustrating. Please do not tolerate this kind of service and start changing your staff.
