  So excited to try the rose cake, but unfortunately it was so old, the glaze was impossible to penetrate with the fork, it tasted stale, and all the layers came crumbling down. Disappointing and for the price very very sad. Unless you serve the cakes at their shop I wouldn’t recommend take it away cause then there is no way you’ll get your money back for such a disaster of a cake.

  We chose Ladurée for my mom’s 60th birthday brunch, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. When we visited in advance, Fernanda, one of the staff members, told us that a group of up to 10 was required to purchase the afternoon tea package and could not order à la carte. She also represented herself as the manager, which we later learned was not her actual role. This was especially confusing because OpenTable allowed us to book à la carte for the same time, and we could find no such policy on Ladurée’s website or in the café. Then, just 45 minutes before our reservation, we were told their refrigerator was broken and savory items would not be available, leaving almost no time to make alternative birthday plans. Despite the inconvenience, the only gesture offered was one complimentary macaron for our entire party. The meal itself was also disappointing: dishes arrived at different times, the omelette was cold and bland, and the French toast had an unpleasant fishy smell. As long-time Ladurée customers, we expected much better, especially for my mom’s 60th birthday and a bill of around $500. What should have been a special celebration ended up being a very disappointing experience.

  I really appreciate the decor and ambience of this place. However, I was disappointed with the taste and texture of the macarons, especially given that they are $5 each. I was really hoping they would be softer and flakier on the outside.

  We had a wonderful experience at Ladurée. The service was truly exceptional from start to finish. Javi and Santiago were attentive, professional, and incredibly welcoming without ever being intrusive. The staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and took the time to make sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. We would definitely come back and highly recommend Ladurée to anyone. Pistacho the best one.

  Best Macarons ever! Thank you Santiago and Javiera for the personalized service. They gave the best recommendations when choosing in between the flavors. Definitely recommend this for a treat 😋
