  Such a beautiful spot! I had a wonderful time at Ladurée on Sunday afternoon. The decor is absolutely gorgeous, and the service matches it perfectly. A big thank you to the young waiter, Santiago, who was incredibly polite and welcoming. He really elevated the whole experience for me. I will definitely be coming back. 5 stars!

  I’ve always loved Ladurée as a bakery in Gastown; I order from them often and really appreciate their offerings. But when I visited yesterday morning, there was an Asian lady who took a long time to open the door—I thought they weren’t open yet, but in fact, they had been open for three hours. When I asked about it, her attitude was very rude, and I felt really uncomfortable, so I just left. I usually have a great experience, but this time, it was disappointing.

  My travelling companion and I came to Laduree on Robson, in Vancouver BC, and it was wonderful to see how well appointed the tea shop was, with all the wonderful treats inside. The European décor, plush seats, wonderful white-glove service and delicious macarons, pastries and tea all gave us a delightful experience. I recommend Laduree to anyone wanting a sweet treat in beautiful surroundings reminiscent of old-world France and Italy.

  I really loved this place. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how much attention they put into every detail. The interior design, the colors, the staff’s outfits, and even the dishes were all so beautiful and thoughtfully chosen. I truly enjoy places that create a special atmosphere through small details, and this place is exactly one of them. My coffee and croissant were delicious, and I genuinely enjoyed my time here. It was such a lovely experience.

  Ladurée is always a fantastic experience! I absolutely adore their mojitos, and their coffees are wonderful. The macarons are top-notch—my personal favorite is definitely the macaron ice cream sandwich! Excellent service as always; the staff is super friendly, attentive, and welcoming.
