  I have been to this location multiple times recently, and I do not know why. It is not well-kept, garbage cans are always overflowing, tables need to be cleaned, I saw a pizza box that was thrown behind the garbage can, yet visible from the front window, and it was there for over 2 days which shows that the area was not cleaned for that time. While I have not seen rats, this is the type of location I would imagine them to thrive in. Service is not great. I asked for something on their menu, they did not know what it was or how to make it. I ordered food and had to wait for over 30 minutes, only to find out they never called my name or updated their screen to say it was ready. The food is never good, though that could just be a KFC problem. The prices are ridiculous for what you get, compared to other options.

  I have been coming to this KFC for almost 2 years, but I don’t think I will come anymore. The quality of the food has gone down drastically in the past few months. The chicken is not crispy, and the wraps are always stale & dry. They are never cooked fresh either. Also looking at the “fake positive” reviews, it looks like it’s most likely just friends and family of the staff. Also it takes so long for them to prep the orders, almost 30 minutes for a simple chicken. There is also almost never a cashier at the front, you have to wave them down Please hire new associates.

  “Every time I come here, I have to clean the tables myself. Doesn’t anyone check the tables and clean them when they’re dirty?” I came to KFC today with my child and ordered chicken, popcorn chicken, onion rings, and fries. We sat down and received our food after only 2–3 minutes. Unfortunately, the onion rings were cold inside, and the fries were clearly not fresh. They tasted like they had been sitting around and were reheated in the oven before being served. I’m very disappointed with the quality and freshness of the food and was not satisfied with this experience.
