  KFC is really awful. I don’t like it. I find the food good but the chicken is very greasy and the food is very expensive when this place first opened a couple of years ago they had deals making it good value but now the food is very expensive and not worth it I find the service is very awful. They have two kiosks upfront where you can order online and there is typically a front desk where you can order, but the workers gave me a dirty look when I tried to order up there because I was paying with cash. They’re typically understaffed and food takes a long time to come out. The atmosphere is really awful. There’s always teenagers coming in taking all the chairs and sitting down but they also do a bad job of keeping the restaurant in good shape. There’s always food on the floor and teens coming in and making bad work environment

  Had the worst freaking experience of my life,, the staff is so rude, arrogant. I don't know why? Cannot even return a smile back. If you are tired or don't like your job, than don't work in a place like this. I literally left my order, as they were too busy to give me a single straw on tape. My gosh the rudeness in the staff. I am literally fuming. Never gonna return to this place. I don't know where is the basic courtesy??!!!!

  1. The menu on the screen doesn't match the menu on the tablet, and you cannot order with the cashier. 2. It's impossible to order with the cashier—they are no longer there. 3. A worker from the kitchen tried to help as much as possible; thanks for that—1 ⭐ for that. 4. I'm not coming anymore. Previously, I used to visit it sometimes during my dinner time.

  If it’s gonna take 20 minutes to produce a small order with almost nobody in the restaurant could you please inform the guest so that they don’t waste their time ordering in the first place.

  Food was okay. Worst service I have ever had at a chicken joint. I had to wait 30 minutes for my 4 piece chicken order.
