  What a hot mess of a KFC location. This place consistently messes up my order but its the only one near by. I like the taste of KFC but I am lucky if my food ever cones out within 25mins after order. Theres been times where I would order and be told they dont have it and then getting me a refund was a headache. This location needs a full overhaul.

  Very disappointing experience, and unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident. Every time I order from this KFC through DoorDash or Skip, my order arrives incorrectly. Instructions are not followed, items are missing, and the drinks are often warm or sometimes don’t arrive at all. Today, September 29 at 12:30 PM, I decided to visit the location in person to avoid these issues, only to find the restaurant in extremely poor condition. There was not a single clean table available to sit at, the floor was very dirty, the drink machine had no ice, the area with straws and lids was not stocked, and there was no ketchup available. When I tried to report the situation, the employee was mainly concerned about whether I had taken a photo of her. My intention was never to photograph any person. The photo was simply to document the condition of the dining area, along with the date and time, so management can verify what happened and who was responsible for the shift. I hope KFC seriously reviews this location and improves its cleanliness, service, stocking, and overall operations, because this experience leaves a lot to be desired

  Soo bad a got hair in my food, and the service was so bad, no cleaning, no hair coverage, food on yhe floor everywhere and food was cold

  This might be the worst KFC I’ve ever been to. The place was very dirty, there were a lot of homeless people inside, and the tables were not being cleaned by the staff. The overall experience was very unpleasant.

  If I could give 0 starts I would. Awful place for hey are the worse staff cannot read orders an send out the wrong orders all the time! No napkins in my order and no sauce I ordered a boneless bucket and got fries and zinger burgers ? I did not order zinger burgers at all and they were already BOGOF I ordered onion rings as an addition and never received them. I should have got fries, 8 tenders and popcorn chicken with 3 BBQ and 1 Large gravy and then onion rings I received 1 fries and 2 zinger burgers! Will never order again staff are so uninterested in delivering any consumer service!
