  Shout out to the workers on Saturday August 15th, who took care of my friend by providing her with the first aid she needed, this was excellent training and we really appreciated it.

  I order pick up food , first I thought to sit inside and eat but the restaurant was so dirty and tables were messy its was no no vibe to eat inside , two workers were working inside and restaurant was literally empty but guess what they were just chatting instead of cleaning the mess are getting paid for and I order poutine fries the gravy was cold and my pick order was missing some cutlery to eat the poutine . I hope the owner read the review and do something about customer service . The guy who working inside was not even wearing uniform and making food without proper gloves and hygiene.

  This place is gross. Looks like they haven’t cleaned their dinning area for ages. Poutine barely had any gravy. It wasn’t even busy for them not to have time to clean the area and we were the only people in.

  Unsafe, Unhygienic, and Poor Management! I had a terrible and unsafe experience at this KFC location. First, they failed to provide a standard drink cup with a lid, giving me a shallow uncovered paper cup instead—posing a clear food safety and hygiene risk in a public space. To make matters worse, the store has zero security or safety control. While I was at my dining table, an individual smoking a cigarette walked right up to my table and harassed me. I was terrified and had to leave immediately, unable to finish or even clear my table. Providing uncovered drinks while allowing uncontrolled individuals to harass customers at their tables is completely unacceptable. Management urgently needs to address both their food safety standards and customer security!

  Came to this location to order the Tuesday special x 2 , wanted to pay in cash but was told that the till is having an issue . Both tills not working. I had to give someone $20 to place a $11 order. When waiting on my order a homeless lady came in and started to use the juice fountain to wash her hair , asked if I could get a can pop for the inconvenience. They said you can only get what’s in the order . No customer service and just overall lazy workers . 2 weeks prior I came here to order and I also remember them saying the till wasn’t working but I had my card then . So I guest there too lazy to count the till or take your order at the counter . Dirty restaurant, lazy worked and no customer service.
