  The food and atmosphere is good but tye service is slow. They always seem to be understaffed but never hiring. If they can't afford a new employee, how come the restaurant is always filled with customers whenever I come? But seriously, polite and good staff, just not enough.

  Very disappointed with the service. Waited much longer than expected for my order, and when I requested to cancel it due to the delay, I was told there would be no refund. Poor customer service and communication. Hope they improve their handling of delayed orders.

  I visited KFC and ordered food through Uber Eats. I politely asked one of the staff members, Khusi, how long my order would take. Unfortunately, she responded in a rude tone and said, “I am working, why are you shouting?” even though I was speaking calmly. I understand work can be stressful, but customer service should still be respectful. I hope the staff improves their behavior towards customers. That kind of staff ruin the business.
