  I was disappointed with my experience at this KFC branch. The chicken was not very tasty, the gravy had a bland flavor, and the fries were served cold. In addition, I had to remind the staff that my order included fries and a drink, which should have been provided without needing to ask. I hope the branch can improve its food quality and service consistency.

  I had such an amazing experience at KFC, and I just have to take a moment to recognize Claudine for her outstanding service. From the second I walked in, she created such a welcoming and positive atmosphere that genuinely made my day better. Claudine was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. She greeted me with a warm smile, patiently answered all my questions, and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. What really stood out was how she went above and beyond—she wasn’t just doing her job, she was truly making sure every customer felt valued and taken care of. Even during a busy time, she handled everything with calmness and efficiency, never losing that positive energy. It’s rare to see someone balance speed, accuracy, and genuine kindness so effortlessly. You can tell she takes pride in her work and cares about giving customers the best possible experience. Because of Claudine, my visit wasn’t just about grabbing food—it turned into a genuinely pleasant experience. Employees like her make a huge difference, and she absolutely deserves recognition for the amazing job she’s doing. KFC is lucky to have her on the team.   I’d like to give this store 5 stars. The manager, Kiran, along with Ritika, were both very friendly and welcoming during my visit. They made the experience smooth and enjoyable, and their customer service really stood out. I truly appreciate the great service and will definitely be coming back!

  I had a great experience at this KFC. The food was fresh, hot, and tasted really good. The chicken was crispy and flavorful just like I expected. The staff were friendly and served me quickly. The restaurant was clean and well organized. Overall, I am very satisfied and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

  I have never been so disappointed by a meal as I have been here. The chicken was somehow greasy and also so dry. It was old for sure. The macaroni was gummy, and gravy watery. I’m not sure if it’s KFC as a whole but save yourself the money and go to churches on Fraser and 41 instead. Crunchy, tasty, never dry. Wow like this was actually so terrible I can’t believe I’m writing a review about it. This place should be ashamed
