  Had a great experience at KFC⁠ today. The older lady who took my order was so warm and friendly, and the food was fresh and delicious too. Really appreciated the excellent customer service and overall experience!

  One of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were unprofessional, disrespectful, and the service was incredibly slow. The kitchen staff were busy laughing and chatting instead of preparing orders on time. It felt like customers were not a priority at all. I definitely won’t be coming back and cannot recommend this place.”

  Disgusting behavior by the front lady taking orders. She doesn't treat her customers the same way. The guy ahead of me was politely if he would like some ketchup while handing his order. On my turn, she didn't bother to ask. I said that's okay. I politely requested her if I can have some hot sauce. She ignored me and went ahead to take another order. I kept waiting and repeated my self at least five times so that a lady sitting for dine in was also shocked. Finally she handed me only two packets with two meals in a very rude manner. Treating one customer with respect bcz he looks like you and being utterly rude to another customer who doesn't look like you was quite shocking to me. I won't buy from here ever again. Zero awareness of customer service.

  I highly recommend the T&T beside this KFC less then 50ft away. Get some fried chicken or drinks there you will be happier. I hope this review and the other ones like it save you. Please only go here if you have a lot of time and money. I ordered 2 beverages to try and it took over 30 mins to get them. I went at 2pm and there was only one person ahead of me. Please hire more employees or pay the ones here more. It might help....1 beverage was okay the other had to go into the garbage can.

  yazabilirsiniz: I came to this location on June 17, 2026, around 6:30 PM and ordered an 18-piece bucket with 14 spicy and 4 regular pieces. The employee told me they only had 11 spicy pieces available. When I asked if spicy chicken was out of stock, I was told that they still had spicy chicken in the restaurant. Unfortunately, this is a problem I keep experiencing at many KFC locations in Vancouver. There always seems to be something unavailable—either salad, spicy chicken, or another menu item. It often feels like employees simply don’t want to fulfill the order as requested. I don’t understand how a restaurant that specializes in fried chicken can so frequently be unable to provide the chicken its customers are asking for. Very disappointing experience.
