  Famous for crispy fried chicken with a flavorful, slightly peppery coating. The seasoning is the main reason people keep going back.

  I just visited this KFC to purchase food, and the overall service experience was very disappointing. The staff were cold and impatient, and their tone during ordering and questions made me feel disrespected as a customer. I only expected basic courtesy and polite service, but this experience was really upsetting. I hope the store can improve its customer service attitude.

  Very bad service and staff. I got a spicy burger and fries with a drumstick, and it was not properly cooked or fresh. The 7up tasted like plain soda. I tried it for the first time but was very unsatisfied. Also, I ordered dine-in, but the lady gave me a takeout package. When I asked to eat there since it was a dine-in order, she was rude in her answer.

  I ordered a zinger drip and this is what I got with paying $11.19 The bun was thin and chicken was way smaller than photo barely lettuce When I opened the box, the burger was so ugly

  Staff told me after I’ve paid that it will be 25 minutes for the chicken and asked me if it would be okay. I don’t understand how there’s no one in the restaurant and it takes so long for fast food. Staff seemed to be chatting and not doing anything while I waited. Saturday May 1st. I can’t believe they asked for a tip. They didn’t even offer regular or spicy chicken. The staff seems incompetent.
