This chicken was nasty it tasted like and looks like it was fried 3 times over in old grease. What a waste of money. Stay away.

I had a really good experience at KFC. The food was fresh, hot, and tasty, and the service was excellent. Special thanks to Shweta for her friendly and helpful customer service. She was very polite, patient, and made sure everything was right with my order. Great job, Shweta! I really appreciate the service and will definitely come back again.

My girlfriend and I regularly visit this location and have always received great customer service, especially from the Asian woman who is always very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, our recent experience with two indian males employees was disappointing. I ordered my usual Deluxe Combo to go and was charged the same amount, but when I opened the bag, the popcorn and corn were missing. Since it was a to-go order, I couldn’t check the bag beforehand. Also, we originally wanted to eat there, but one of the employees told us they didn’t have forks. Overall, we were very disappointed with the service and hope this can be addressed.

I’ve been awaiting the call back from an incredibly inedible order delivered Sept, 1, 2026. I tried calling back again yesterday, and today the 5th of September 2026 but they not picking up. Mind you they said they said they will call me back on 2nd September. Still waiting! And they are not picking up my calls anymore.
