- ZCZizi ChenSep 30, 20265.0Nice Fries ！！！ The fries here were really delicious 😋, and they also offer free peanuts 🥜, which is a nice touch. The only downside is that people tend to throw the peanut shells on the floor, so the dining area can look a bit messy and dirty. I’m visiting from overseas, and overall I had a good experience. If I get the chance, I’d definitely come back and eat here again! Love it,Five Guys
- NANatalya ArtemovaSep 28, 20265.0I’m so glad you’re my neighbors—it’s so convenient to pop over! The burgers are excellent, and the fries are great too; everything is so fresh and tasty—even the nuts! I always grab some nuts to snack on while I wait for my burger. You have excellent service and a fantastic team; you work so smoothly together—it’s a real pleasure to watch. Thanks for the great work; your burgers and fries are delicious.
- AIAndrew ISep 17, 20261.0I used to love this place, but I had a terrible experience at this Five Guys today. While eating my burger and fries, I stepped away from my table for less than 20 sec to get some ketchup. I had eaten only about three fries, and more than half of my burger was still left, so it should have been obvious that I had not finished eating. When I returned, an employee had already smashed my burger, fries, and trash, crushed everything together, and was about to throw it away. Although she briefly apologized, they did not offer to replace the food or do anything to resolve the situation. I moved the trash aside and tried to continue eating what was left, but I had completely lost my appetite because I even found her hair in the bag. I will not be returning to this location, especially when dining alone.
Frequently Asked Questions About Five Guys
What is the Five Guys story/How did you guys get your name?
Five Guys began its pursuit to redefine the global burger landscape in 1986 when Jerry and Janie Murrell asked three of their sons whether they wanted to start a business or go to college. Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.
While our crew members do all they can to avoid it, there is always a risk of cross-contamination. Please review our nutritional, ingredient and allergen chart for the most accurate information.
Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
Why is Five Guys switching from a fry cup to a fry bag?
We are switching to fry bags to ensure your fries stay fresher and as part of our larger commitment to the environment. The bags allow air to circulate better, so fries stay fresh during delivery and takeout. Same portions, same great fries – just smarter packaging that’s also better for the environment.
