Our family and friends usually order the Buster Bar, but this visit we decided to try one of the new Blizzard flavours. As we were leaving, I opened the heavy glass door and the Blizzard fell to the ground. The spoon pierced through the bottom of the cup, causing the ice cream to spill onto the floor. We returned to the counter to explain what happened. The employee initially offered us a new cup so we could transfer the Blizzard, but by that point it had already covered in dirt and bits of tiny hair. At other Dairy Queen locations we’ve visited, managers would offer a snack-size replacement in situations like this. At this location, however, when the girl employee asked the guy employee, he shook his head in annoyance and was very dismissive. After understanding their rules and policy at this location, we told the employee that we’ll just pay for another blizzard. However, the girl employee seems to have gotten stressed because of the guy employee and told us that they won’t be replacing the blizzard again. We just stood at the counter speechless because we didn’t know why she had to clarify it again when we already mentioned just buying a new one and have our card out to pay. After at least a minute, the girl employee was able to be more attentive and finally asked if we’re paying for a new one. At this point we already agreed that we’ll buy a new one for the third time. Overall, we’re just surprised how the service went today, it was very different compared to our previous visits.

When we asked that in the other branches the serves with warm brownies, he said he had no idea about anything and we asked if he can do something or warm it or make it again, he refused completely. He was very unfriendly and rude. It was not like there was line or many people he needed to help. There was literally no one in store but he still refused to help.

And then she put chili on it , which look disgusting and put it into the microwave again! Needless to say by time I got to my hotel which was only a block down i couldn't even chew the bread! The hot dog was microwaved so many times it changed the consistency of the bread.I couldn't even eat it.It was such a waste of money! When I first went in, she looked at me like I was a vagrant.Really no social skills! Until I paid and gave her a tip.That's when she smiled and changed her demeanor! Never disgusted more in my life.Eating a microwaved hot dog.Don't waste your money on any hot dog in this store.It's totally microwaved! I got an orange julius and an hot dog with chili , the biggest waste of my money! And I was actually excited about it until I tried to eat it.I couldn't even eat it.The hot dog went into the garbage!
