    Horribly disgusting washroom with a sticky floor. Smells up one whole side of the restaurant. Food seems ok but a bathroom in that kind of shape makes me queasy eating here.

    Visited Dairy Queen Grill & Chill recently and had a really good experience. The ice cream and Blizzard were fresh, creamy, and definitely the best part of the visit. Service was quick and the staff was polite and friendly. The food was decent too, though desserts are clearly the highlight here. The place was clean and had a nice chill vibe overall. Great spot for hanging out with friends or satisfying late-night cravings!

    Very disappointed with the customer service at this Dairy Queen location. I accidentally placed my mobile app order at the wrong store and called right away to request a cancellation. Unfortunately, the staff member I spoke with was not helpful at all and showed no interest in trying to resolve the issue. I understand mistakes happen, but a little understanding and customer support would have gone a long way. Poor experience overall.

    I’ve been going to this location for several years. Unfortunately, they’re very lazy. They don’t go the extra mile to try to be a good worker. Just about every time I went there. They say the bathroom is out of order. I don’t believe the bathroom could always be out of order. they’re always busy and they’re serving food. I needed to do the number two this time and I held it in until I got there. nothing else close by was open. Starbucks and Tim Hortons was closed. I couldn’t go there and use their washroom. The restaurant across the street was closed so I was in a bad situation. I think they’re just too lazy to clean the bathroom so they keep it locked and say it’s out of order all the time….that way they don’t have to clean it at the end of the day. And restock the toilet paper, napkins, etc.. The food is always overcooked. the burgers. I think they pre-cook the burgers and just heat them up….they’re already overcooked. The buns are dried out and stale. When they put it together, it’s not presentable. It’s a sloppy mess. I don’t usually find out until I get home with the order because I don’t look at it right there. Last night I ordered two banana splits. Typically a banana split is mostly ice cream and maybe a spoonful of whipping cream at most. When I got home with the banana split’ there was half a scoop, barely half a scoop of ice cream and a whole bunch of whipping cream to make it look like a banana split. There were hardly any toppings at all. I mean, I understand you want to save a little bit of money, but I’m paying a lot of money for the product….so I wanna get my moneys worth. I don’t want to eat whipping cream. I want ice cream with my banana split. One other thing is most times….nine times out of 10. they can’t make a banana split because they don’t have any bananas. It’s always something with this location and a lazy staff. Update. It’s been one week since I originally posted this review and it is an honest unbiassed review. I went back to this location today. I told one of the workers….she was very pleasant to talk to. I didn’t ask for anything, but she offered to give me one complementary banana split. They didn’t put any whipping cream on it this time. There was the right amount of toppings this time and a good amount of ice cream. I enjoyed it. Unfortunately the bathroom still has a handwritten sign that says out of order. That’s unfortunate. That’s one whole week later since I originally posted this review. There’s lots of room for improvement with this location.
