When I arrived and was parking near the entrance, a female worker looked directly at me and then closed the front door. Their signs indicated they should still be open and all the lights were on inside. I went from my car to the front door and noticed it was locked. I peered into the window and could see the worker was back to the counter but not looking my way. So I figured they must have either decided to close early or maybe it was an emergency closure? It was so strange that she looked at me directly as I was parking directly at the entrance and getting ready to come in. You would think if she saw a customer coming, they would say something like 'sorry we're closed early' instead of looking at me and locking the door. As I went back to my car, I observed another customer that went to the door looking puzzled at 10:31pm. The customer waived in the window and got the workers attention. She unlocked the door and let him in, even though I was still looking from my car (I was curious if that other customer was also going to leave due to the locked door). She saw me again in my car, looking her way, and made no attempt to either say, 'I'm sorry we're closed' but we're opening again for this one other customer (maybe that customer was a food delivery worker and trying to pick up an order)? This used to be my favourite DQ location in my neighborhood and have been a regular customer. In the past couple or few weeks, it seems like the staffing has changed? If they're going to close early, they should at least post a small sign at the front door/window to apologize for the early closure.
- LRLuciel RiosAug 10, 20261.0HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE !!!!! they were way backed up with orders (thats fine)and i ordered 2 dble cheese burger and a blizzard and they made the blizzaed first(like why!!!!) and i waited for 25 mins for the burgers. my blizzard wasnt for me and it melted. i asked if they could remake it bc it was slop and the girl was rude and said No and it wasnt her problem!!!! excuse me costumer service is not her problem she said !! it is!! other locations always give me my burger first they make my blizzard last!! and i have ordered across canada too and never had this issue before. She even told me its my fault i should have asked to store it in the freezer, excuse me!! how would i have known to ask? since i have never had this problem before! sooo freaking rude!!! never come here !!

The staff are better, speed is better, they actually have all things on the menu unlike under the previous owner where the same things were sold out for months on end. The quality of food for freshness and taste is better. They also always have ice cream *cough* *cough*
