  I don’t know what’s up with all the plastic screens up and tables in front of the order desk as if we were in Covid times. But it’s not very inviting as a customer to come in the store.

  I had a really disappointing experience at Dairy Queen. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and seemed annoyed the entire time I was ordering. Customer service was terrible, and it felt like they didn’t care about helping customers at all. One of the worst dairy queens I’ve ever been to. This location should be closed down or staff needs to be fired and replaced especially the manager or owner.

  We ordered the smores blizzard and the strawberry angel cake blizzard but the smores doesn't have the chocolate in it. So we went to the staff to ask about it. The staff was rude, unapologetic and giving attitude. They insist that there's no chocolate syrup, but what we were saying is that there are no chocolate pieces. We've been dining in this store but since they changed staff, service isn't good anymore. Although the blizzard was served upside down, when we started eating, its already like soup. We dined at another DQ store and the items we ordered were the same but it was completely different at this store. It's a let down and we won't come back to this branch again.
