  This location is pretty consistent but today whoever was working behind the counter really rushing through it even though no one else was waiting in line. I got the steak tacos. I’m pretty sure there is suppose to be more meat for this item. Literally count 3-4 tiny pieces per taco.

  It was my first time in chipotle, everything was good but very spicy, i am mexican and i’m very used to eating spicy, and i liked it, so i recommend if you are not usual to eat spicy, to order without any souce haha

  This is my second review for this location, and unfortunately, the customer service continues to be terrible. At this point, I would like this complaint to be escalated to the store manager and Chipotle management, because this experience was completely unacceptable. I came to the store to pick up an order, but my order had not even been prepared when I arrived. I was the first person waiting in line, yet the employee initially ignored me instead of acknowledging me or letting me know that my order still needed to be made. When she finally started preparing my order, her attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. What made the experience even worse was the way she handled my food. She prepared the bowl very aggressively, throwing the ingredients into it as if she was irritated or angry about having to make the order. Watching my food being handled with that kind of attitude made me so uncomfortable that I genuinely did not feel comfortable eating it afterward. I just had to toss it away. There was also absolutely no basic courtesy throughout the interaction. At the end, she didn’t even say “thank you” or acknowledge me. I was still the one who said thank you to her, despite the way I had just been treated. I understand that employees can have stressful or difficult days, but that does not justify ignoring a customer, being openly rude, or handling someone’s food aggressively. I came in simply to pick up an order that should have already been prepared, and instead I left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable even eating the food I paid for. This is especially frustrating because this is now my second review about the customer service at this location. At this point, this does not feel like an isolated incident. Customers should not have to repeatedly complain just to receive basic professionalism and respect.

  I’ve been eating here for years so that says something. I alternate between a bowl and a burrito. The serving size is good and definitely economical for a downtown eatery. You can select your ingredients and they’re all no nonsense. There are few highly processed options. The location is very popular so long lines can form at mealtime. I highly recommend using the app to preorder so you can skip the line and gain points towards free entrees or sides.

  This was the worst vegetarian bowl I've ever received from Chipotle. My bowl was missing key ingredients, including the salsa,corns and sour cream. It had only a few leaves of lettuce, plenty amount of onions, and the entire bowl was overwhelmingly salty. The avocado also didn't seem fresh and tasted stale, making the meal even pathetic. I ordered from doordash expecting the usual quality, but this order was carelessly prepared and did not match what I paid for. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. Choosing this location turned out to be a mistake, and based on this experience, I won't be returning.
