- BBBobbySep 16, 20263.0The Good This location is in a great spot and really easy to get to. The food quality is solid—ingredients actually taste fresh and the place is noticeably cleaner than other Chipotles I've been to. The interior looks nice too with plenty of seating, so it's a comfortable place to hang out. What Could Be Better The main issue is staffing. Even in the late afternoon when it shouldn't be that busy, there's only like 1-2 people working and the line gets backed up. It's frustrating when it should be faster. Also, the portion sizes for protein are all over the place. Sometimes I get a decent amount, other times I barely get anything. And whenever I ask for a little extra, they just charge me full price for double instead of just throwing a bit more on. One last thing—and this might just be me—but the rice here has way too much cilantro and it's pretty salty. A bit less of both would go a long way. Overall It's a good spot with solid food and a nice space, but they need to get more people on shift and dial in their portion consistency. Fix those two things and it'd be great.

The food was also quite bland and didn’t have much flavor. The restaurant itself wasn’t very clean either. The tables were dirty, the trash bins were full, and the overall atmosphere felt poorly maintained.

She saw me standing at the front and asked me why I was standing there. I told her that she was the one who asked me to stand there and instead of helping me rings up another persons order. What is the point of lining up if the first person in line isn’t helped before the people behind.
