  ⭐ Very disappointing experience, especially compared with other Chipotle locations. I ordered a chicken bowl through Uber Eats yesterday, but I only received about 4–5 small pieces of chicken, while the bowl had a lot of rice that I didn’t ask for. There was also no instruction box available on Uber Eats, so I couldn’t properly specify my preferences or request adjustments. The chips were very disappointing as well some were undercooked while others were overcooked. The guacamole tasted bad and did not seem fresh. Overall, I was very disappointed with the quality of this order. I’ve ordered from the Davie Street Chipotle before, and the food there has been so much better. I hope this location improves its food quality, portions, and consistency.

  The absolute worst customer service experience I’ve ever had! My friends and I decided to go to this chipotle location for the first time and my experience here left me shocked and disappointed, questioning how they hire and train employees. I was first in line to order and pay for my food, my friend was after me. I paid in cash, and received the wrong change about $2 short. I politely pointed out saying I think I’m $2 short on my change. The worker had already closed the register so she couldn’t open it and needed a key to do so and had to get the manager to open it. At this point, I was calm and just expecting them to resolve the issue shortly and give me my $2 missing change. However, the worker looked at me annoyed as if I was the one causing the inconvenience when I received the incorrect amount of change and then proceeded to tell my friend who was next in line that “the guac is on the house”… and not to me… implying I was somehow the one at fault causing an inconvenience in the line and that is how they would compensate the next person in line but if anything shouldn’t I have been the one to be compensated for the inconvenience of you giving me incorrect change? The line is only being slightly held up (it was not really busy either after my friend too) and it was their fault that they gave me the wrong change but instead implied I was the one at fault by giving the person next in line guac on the house and not for me… such odd behaviour. She then proceeded to look back at me annoyed and then checked out my friend’s order and did not charge them for the guac. I don’t get it. I didn’t cause a scene or anything and was very polite the whole time. Just received the wrong change and asked for the missing amount, and yet they thought that giving the next person compensation but not me was an appropriate course of action. Tried to make it seem like I was in the wrong for speaking up that they gave me the incorrect change. 😭 I believe big chains like Chipotle should have well trained staff to be able to handle situations like these with a customer-first attitude and be polite, instead of shifting the blame to the customer when it was really their own mistake. Anyways, this experience was over a year ago so I’m not sure if that worker is still there but it left such a negative lasting impact on me that I remembered just now and thought to give this a google review.

  This is my local (home-base) Chipotle and after visiting a dozens of times over the past year, I will say they need to have more staff on the assembly line. This is the only Chipotle I’ve been to that has the same 1 employee selecting the bowl/tortilla, adding meat/beans, adding additional toppings, and then ringing it through the POS, all before they can assist the next guest in line. Additionally, during my last experience, I wanted to try the Pollo Assado. The person in front of me ordered a single-meat serving, and I saw the employee scoop out 1.25 scoops of chicken. When it was my turn, I asked for double-meat and the employee scooped out 1.25 scoops. When I saw this, I restated that I had asked for double meat, and the employee told me they did put that 2nd scoop (it was maybe 3 chunks of meat). What am I paying an extra $6.50 for if you won’t distribute 2 proper portions of meat?

  Normally good. Today my chipotle had basically 0 meat and they forget the chips. So im eating beans and rice and guacamole with no meat and no chips. Hugely disappointing
