The staff were friendly and efficient, even during a busy time, and they kept the line moving without making it feel rushed. My order was put together carefully, and they were generous with portions, which I definitely appreciated. The cashier was very sweet. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, which always makes a difference. Overall, it’s a reliable spot for a quick, satisfying meal, and I’ll definitely be coming back again.
- AEandre el-babaApr 22, 20261.0Wow. This place was disgustingly dirty when we walked in. It was 9pm (they close at 11pm) and it wasn't busy. Maybe 2 other customers were there but every single table was dirty and had food all over it. The garbages were over flowing and even the windows at the front and bits of lettuce on them. When we went to the counter to order it was also filthy. Food scraps everywhere. I took photos so you can see. It was gross. It would take 2 seconds to wipe down the counter but no one bothered to do it. This was my girlfriend's first time trying chipotle and based on how the place looked she was disgusted and didn't enjoy her meal. We were there for 30 minutes and zero things got cleaned while we were there. Some of the staff seemed to be cleaning the kitchen but why do that when the entire front of house looks like a pig stuy. I'm posting this on the exact day we ate there (Tuesday night). Please tell the manager to clean the restaurant. No one wants to eat in a dump like this. I will never go back to this location.
- MMMingApr 21, 20261.0Staff is not picking up the phone for some reason. I called multiple times, even waited 15 minutes and tried again still no answer. Some items aren’t on DoorDash, which is why I was calling. However, when the Latino guy is working, he always picks up and is really nice. The others seriously lack customer service big difference!!
