- JJJanSep 21, 20263.0I like the food but some of the employees are just not nice at all and the portion size is really inconsistent. Sometimes they pack the bowls pretty good and other days the rice barely covers the bowl and they will give you a teaspoon of guac.

I was at chipotle UBC location and one of your employees in his native language (I can understand since I speak the language) used a derogatory racist term towards another person, thinking others couldn’t understand. I called it out and the person in there apologized but this is not acceptable. I don’t know the name of the person but he had an Orange Turban, and I just reported this to chipotles customer service team too! Not acceptable!

The best strategy is to find out when Costco is selling a $100 Uber Eats gift card for $80 (happens sometimes) and just using Uber Eats to order pickup. Burrito with extra tortilla is good.
