  Terrible portion size. Sometimes it's hit or miss but today (April 28th, 8:20pm), the portion was especially bad. Barely any protein and they even scooped rice back from the bowl because they thought they gave me too much. Waited 20 minutes today and they weren't even understaffed. Workers were just chatting and did not care a large line was forming.

  This location does a great job of keeping everything clean and organized, which makes the dining experience more enjoyable. I’m always impressed with how fresh the toppings taste, especially the lettuce, salsa, and guacamole.

  I had a really frustrating experience at Chipotle today. All I wanted was a simple soft taco with the tortilla prepared on site, which is something I know is normally possible because I used to work at Chipotle myself. Instead of helping, the manager on duty made everything unnecessarily complicated. She started making up rules on the spot, saying they can’t put more than three ingredients on site, which is simply not true. That’s not how Chipotle operates, and it felt like she just didn’t want to help. As a customer, I should be able to order my food the way I prefer, especially if I’m paying for it. Not everyone likes their food sitting and getting soggy. I specifically asked for it fresh for that reason, but because the manager insisted it wasn’t possible, I was stuck with food I didn’t even enjoy. Overall, very poor service and attitude from the manager. No flexibility, no willingness to help, and honestly just a bad experience. Definitely disappointing.

  I ordered for pick up at a specific time, and came a little early to find my order was already finished! The service was really quick and the worker I spoke to was kind. It was my first time having Chipotle but I really liked it. My bowl was filled and the portions were great. On the other hand, it is almost always packed and the space is already super tiny. I’d definitely order for pick up here.

  I was very disappointed with my visit today. Despite arriving 45 minutes before closing, the restaurant had already run out of white rice. To make matters worse, the staff was unhelpful and unprofessional. Poor management of both inventory and service.
