- SBSean Baker3 days ago1.0I usually come here for a bowl, and the food itself has always been fine. Unfortunately, the atmosphere of this establishment leaves a lot to be desired. On multiple occasions, I have witnessed management holding meetings in the dining area during regular business hours. This creates an uncomfortable and tense environment for both employees and customers. Most concerning was an incident I witnessed today involving what appeared to be a supervisor or manager openly reprimanding an employee in the customer seating area. The conversation was clearly audible to those nearby, including customers and the employee's coworkers. No employee should be disciplined publicly, and customers should not be exposed to these types of interactions while dining. Treating an employee this way in front of peers and customers demonstrates a lack of professionalism and respect. It was uncomfortable to witness and reflected very poorly on the management of the business. Because of this experience, I no longer feel comfortable supporting this establishment and will not be returning.

They act like it's a race in there to get the food out it's very chaotic. I understand the urgency for lunch rush but calm down a notch. You're selling burritos and tacos, it reminds me of a chaotic nightmare in Asia. Like tone it down a bit. I don't even have time to take a breathe before the next person ask me what I want in my bowl when I DONT EVEN KNOW I haven't even been here in ages and I can't even decide in 0.0005 seconds.
