  I had a great experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill today. The service from Sheenam and Param was excellent. They were both very friendly, professional, and made sure my order was prepared perfectly. It’s always nice to see staff who genuinely care about customer service. Thank you both for making the visit enjoyable!

  I’ve been eating at Chipotle for the past year from this Robson location, almost every single day, and it has genuinely become my favourite lunch spot 🌯❤️ The food is always fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Whether it’s the bowls, burritos, or chips and guac, everything consistently tastes amazing. What I love most is how customizable and filling the meals are without ever feeling too heavy. The staff is always friendly, service is quick, and the quality has stayed consistent every time I’ve visited. This Robson location has honestly become part of my daily routine, and I still look forward to it every single day. Thank you for serving us delicious food. I highly recommend this location.

  I had a really disappointing experience at Chipotle. The woman at the checkout was extremely rude and disrespectful. when we thanked her, she didn’t respond at all. She could have been much more helpful and polite. I hope they improve this service.

  Honestly really disappointed with the customer service today. My sister and I went to Chipotle and the cashier was very rude and impatient. We felt uncomfortable the whole time ordering. Food is one thing, but respectful customer service really matters too.

  This location is really bad. I love Chipotle’s food but this location is always dirty, the employees are rude, and they are always running out of various toppings. Maybe they don’t do enough business to keep their toppings well stocked and fresh, but unacceptable.
