  The quality of the produce has gone down so much. The produce department is also half empty. The products that I used to be able to get at Buy Low are no longer available. Overall quality has gone down.

  Don’t shop here they claimed they’re no longer buy-low foods in their buy-low discount but older signage still says Bilo foods even the new signs that they recently changed says by low foods they refuse to give proper points that they’re supposed to give like they did a couple weeks ago even a few days ago just went there today. They don’t give double points anymore when that’s on the On the Save-on-Foods app which they used to honour everything on The Save-on-Foods app and the manager also claims their buy-low discount not Buy-low foods or even though the newest signage Out there supposed of Renovation that they were closed one day for says they’re buy-low foods as well in the last month prices have gone out of control in the store. Milk has gone up like $1.50 in the last month and a half. where other stores have kept their prices low and fruits and vegetables that have always been very expensive. I highly recommend the fruit and vegetable stands down at 49th and Fraser or just right by the Bilo foods there’s another fruit and vegetable stand about a half a block from it highly recommend these places to go for your fruit and vegetables. Don’t go to buy-low foods or they call themselves now from the manager by low discount.

  Sarah the meat department manager went above and beyond to give excellent service today. I went to Fraser street buy low to get a grade A fresh turkey to feed a large family and Sarah went out of her way to grab us the biggest and freshest turkey! 10/10 service! Sarah is the best meat department manager out of all buy low locations. Thank you Sarah, much appreciated :)
