  Chaotic lineup system. The order taker called me up next and then proceeded to take someone else ahead of me and was chatting away with him while I just stood right in front of him. When I asked why he had cut someone ahead of me his reason was "it was just a refill". I did not need dips and the guy just kept repeating what they had. I asked for extra ketchup instead and he went through the dips again. My order was 3 go buckets for the kids. I would have ordered myself something but after his behavior i refused to give this store any more money. I waited and waited. Another lady kept calling out an order "snack wraps" (not an order number and clearly not my food). Finally when people who had ordered LONG after me got their food I asked what was up with my order n she gave me attitude that she'd been calling it forever. I did not get extra ketchup and had to go back and get it. Terrible service. If zero stars was an option I'd give zero.

  Tsawassen Mills KFC needs to wake up. Putting cold potato salad inside the 1/2 empty fries bucket was absolutely brilliant and made the fries extra cold when delivered. Common sense isn't so common!

  Poor customber service that doesn’t understand English and gets order wrong then argues that they will charge me another $14 to reorder. I said chicken extra crispy meal. They gave me crispy tender meal. Only after I argued that I’m not paying again did they give correct order. There should have been no argument and the insistence I pay again. Never coming back

  I thought it was supposed to be fast food... This is the slowest fast food joint i've ever been to. Staff looked miserable. Forgot items in my order etc... joke!
