Even though it's a chain fast-food restaurant, this place seriously exceeded my expectations. The Meat Mountain is absolutely massive, and I decided to go with the double meat version—it was over-the-top in the best possible way. If you're a meat lover, this is easily one of the most satisfying sandwiches you can get. The portion is huge, packed with protein, and surprisingly good value for the price. The quality was better than I expected for a fast-food chain. Every layer of meat was flavorful, and despite how stacked the sandwich was, it didn't feel messy or overwhelming. It was rich, filling, and incredibly satisfying from the first bite to the last. The Curly Fries were also excellent. They're already well-seasoned with a nice blend of spices, so they don't really need any extra salt. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and a perfect side to go with the sandwich. A special shout-out to the staff for making my double Meat Mountain exactly the way I requested. I really appreciate the extra effort, and the sandwich turned out even better than I had hoped. Great food, generous portions, and friendly service—I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I'm craving a serious protein feast!

No concern for allergies and disrespectful manager. This issue occurred several weeks ago. I attempted to contact Arby's directly on their website twice and received no responses. I ordered several items for myself and my friend. We mentioned my severe allergy during the order, removing a sauce that I couldn't have. Once we received our order we found that the same sauce I had removed for the allergy was in a different item. FORTUNATELY I noticed prior to eating the item and asked confirmation from the manager. The manager, whom I believe was named Somi, acknowledged the problem. However, when I asked to have the item replaced she immediately started blaming me. Saying it was "not her fault". The manager continued to blame us for her mistake, completely ignoring the gravity of the situation and much less taking accountability. Over the years, I have seen the quality of the food and portion sizes of this restaurant go down, while the prices increase. Despite these problems, in order to support one of the few Arby's locations in BC, I still made the effort to visit them. In this instance, I spent over $60 for two people and drove over 50 mins to make the journey. Evidently, I have been given no more reason to support this store and its team. Mistakes happen and are understandable. However, blaming the customer for something that was not their fault and possibly life threatening is not acceptable. It is astounding to me that management at a food establishment can care more about the financial loss of replacing one singular item rather than the health of their customers. Had I eaten the food and undergone a severe allergic reaction, the liability of the situation would be on the company, yet the manager seemed more concerned about her ego than my literal respitory health. The last thing Somi told us was to "not do this again" (as if I enjoy having allergies that can kill me?). No problem, we will never waste our money at your store again.
