  The food was fresh and hot and had good flavor. Service was a bit slow but otherwise polite. The atmosphere unfortunately was below expected. Dirty washroom, rusty electric heater on the wall and overall untidy. Main area is outdated and gives off a dirty outdated vibe. This location needs a serious upgrade to remain competitive.

  Stopped by KFC Terrace today and had an awesome experience. Prabh was amazing friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect. Great service and great food. Will definitely be back!

  Aside from the place falling apart. I do not live in the area so it’s a treat for me to get kfc. I used to get good service, no issues. But lately the flavor has changed but I still chose to treat myself but my family and I went last night and ended up with severe stomach issues on the toilet constantly and throwing up which was even worse that I was travelling for an important event. Which I did not get sleep as we were taking turns in the bathroom.. seems lately this establishment has been going downhill and I don’t know what the changes were but I know the oil isn’t changed as it was before. I hope things improve for the future as this kfc is the closest to our family. And I hope no one has to experience what we did
