  Just Entered the restaurant, and there was a lady I ask for the uber order, then she was directly like can I have your phone I need google review(so embarrassing) I'm now be like sure! Why not, here it is, very poor service.

  Update: it’s been about 2 weeks and tried contacting customer service and the location several times with getting hung up on or no response to my inquires. Still NO refund for an order I DID NOT receive. Absolutely ridiculous service with stealing from customers. Do NOT order delivery from here!! I paid almost $40 for 2 meals and I did NOT get anything besides one of my tacos… what a scam and rip off.. customer service is atrocious and can’t get ahold of them for a refund. Going in circles AVOID AVOID AVOID unless you want to be left hangry with no resolution!

  Nobody takes your order at the front. The only other way to order is through the machines and the one we used first was broken. It's supposed to be "fast" food, but it took us 30+ minutes to get our order. All the tables were dirty, and the workers were unhelpful, too.

  Ordered online pickup. No greeting when we came in, stood in front of counter for a good 4 mins before even being acknowledged. They spoke to each other in their native language (not English) only spoke to us when handing us the bags. We thankfully looked through our order, missing two supreme fries even though buddy was adamant that all was in the bag. Not the case, they had to scramble around correcting the missed (paid for items!!) - do not trust this location! This happens all the time!! Check your order and when you see the “tip” option… laugh out loud. Do not tip and honestly, don’t bother with this place. Service continues to go downhill.
