- CSClinton SandersonMay 3, 20261.0Subway seems to be incapable of making subs without customer supervision. Second time in a week we ordered. First order had multiple inaccuracies. This time there’s literally not enough. Two subs thrown together with an unacceptable amount of filling. Seems like they used half of the meat they was paid for and barely any toppings. Definitely won’t order from subway again. We got about ten dollars worth of food for 36 dollars. I Would go back and ask for a refund but I’ll just stop patronizing them instead.

When we told them about the mistake, they said there was nothing they could do and argued that the sandwich was already made. Really? My daughter, who picked up the sandwiches, had to hand me the phone to convince the subway rep. The manager then had to call the owner to ask what to do. Does that make any sense?? The manager and owner finally relented and replaced our sandwich to the correct order. Unbelievable.

The staff member (name on badge: Jais) ignored clear instructions and added pickles even after I specifically said I did not want them. When I raised the issue, the response was rude and dismissive. This level of service is unacceptable. Basic listening and respectful communication should be expected. I am bringing this to the owner’s attention and strongly recommend proper staff training to prevent such behavior in the future.
