    I had a very disappointing experience on Friday, July 19, at around 4:20 PM. The employee named Anmol was preparing my sub. I noticed that she touched beef (or another meat product) and then continued preparing my vegetarian sub without changing her gloves. At that time, I was the only customer placing an order, so there was no rush or reason for this mistake. As a pure vegetarian, this is a very serious concern for me. I expect proper food-handling practices and respect for customers’ dietary preferences. Changing gloves before handling a vegetarian order should be a basic standard. If any manager or owner reads this review, please take this matter seriously. For vegetarian customers, cross-contamination with meat products is a significant issue. Thank you.

    The new trainee Jasleen served me yesterday she knows customer service so well that I didn’t need to detail how I wanted my sandwich prepared. She is warm and welcoming, great asset for any business.

    I had a very disappointing experience at Subway today. The employee (her name sounded like Ziel) showed very poor hygiene and service while preparing the food. First, she did not change her gloves between preparing different customers’ orders, which is very concerning from a food safety perspective. Proper hygiene should be basic practice when handling food. Second, the sandwich was made very poorly. The bread did not seem fresh, and the ingredients were thrown together carelessly. The sandwich was not packed properly at all, and everything fell apart when I opened it, which you can see in the picture. Overall the food looked messy, the preparation was rushed, and the quality was not what I expect from Subway. I hope management looks into this and reminds staff about food hygiene, glove changes, and proper sandwich preparation.     Any business would be incredibly fortunate to have Ziel on their team. Even if you were allergic to sandwiches, you would still want to come to this Subway for the pleasure of interacting with Ziel. She's a genuinely wonderful happy person and we need more Ziel's in the world. Oh, and the sandwiches are good too.
