Always a great experience. Friendly staff. Sandwiches made to perfection! Used this location for catering multiples without any issues.

I am writing to formally complain about the poor service I received at your Subway location on June 21,2026 During my visit, I encountered several issues that made for a very frustrating experience. I ordered 2 salad bowles, When I requested to have my salad chopped, the employee appeared visibly unhappy and reluctant to fulfill the request then she just put 4 small slices of chicken on my salad. I believe Subway should have a proper, standardized portion measurement for ingredients such as chicken. Using a scoop and appearing to intentionally limit the amount of chicken being served makes customers feel that they are not receiving fair value for what they are paying. The portion should be consistent and clearly reflect the price of the salad. To make matters worse, I was informed that the store only had spoons available and did not have any forks for eating the salad.

Very bad experience. I placed a mobile order and waited for 20 minutes for the order status became “Ready”. That’s totally fine since it’s around busy dinner time. However, after I reached the store, the staff just ask me wait, and she turned around to make in-person customers’ order. I then realized she hasn’t even started to make my order yet. I ended up waited 45 minutes after I placed my mobile order and finally received my sandwiches after all in-person orders were finished. I then asked why I had to wait for this long, but the staff was just saying it’s not her fault. No sorry, no nothing, and bad attitude. What’s the mobile order for then? Very disappointed.

One star. I'm honestly starting to wonder what this Subway thinks it actually sells. In the last month I've gone in twice, around dinner specifically craving a Meatball Marinara. Twice I've been told they don't have meatballs. Meatballs. At Subway. That's like walking into a coffee shop that's out of coffee or an ice cream shop that's out of ice cream. Then I came back and ordered a SubDog. Out of stock again. No apology. No "sorry about that." No offer to make it right. No discount. Just blank stares and complete indifference. This location doesn't seem to understand that inventory management is literally one of the core responsibilities of running a fast-food restaurant. If your signature menu items are constantly unavailable, someone isn't doing their job. It gets better. On another visit they had run out of paper bags. Apparently wrapping a sandwich for takeaway was also an impossible challenge that day. As someone with a dairy allergy, it's also incredibly frustrating to see cheese baked into the bottom of the standard Italian bread. Whether that's a local decision or not, it shows very little consideration for customers with dietary restrictions. The most astonishing part? After all of this, the payment terminal still enthusiastically asks for a tip. A tip? For what? For not having the menu? For not apologizing? For not having bags? This location has mastered the art of doing less while asking for more. The owners should spend less time wondering why customers don't come back and more time asking why a Subway can't consistently stock meatballs, hot dogs, or even paper bags. I've had better customer service from airport vending machines.

Very poor quality ingredients at this location. Seems like they don’t care to have a standard in this location. Bread is usually stale and customer service is below average. Pick a different location
