Honestly, it felt like the right thing to do. But after two bad experiences, I wish I hadn’t bothered. Both times, I showed up at my scheduled pickup time only to find my order hadn’t even been started yet. I ended up waiting 15–20 minutes each visit — which completely defeats the point of ordering ahead. When I mentioned it to the staff, the response was essentially a shrug and “there’s nothing we can do.” I get that it’s a busy spot, but that answer just isn’t good enough. At this point, I’ll be taking my business to a different Subway location that actually honours the pickup times.
